One night stand

You woke up, at least a little drunk from the crazy night. You had remembered everything that had happened between you and a man around your age, you just couldn’t remember the face.

You turned over to see Israel, your enemy, sleeping peacefully beside you. His bare, tattooed chest covered in hickeys and bruises rose and fell gently, your lipstick marks all over his bare skin.

The realization hit you like a train. You stared at him in complete shock.

You started to get up out of bed but you heard a raspy voice, but in a soft whisper.

“Where are you going…?”

Israel sat up, stretching slightly and grinning at the hickeys all over his chest. He looked over at you, waiting for your response.

“You weren’t just going to leave me, where you?” He said, slumping down against the head of the wooden bed frame.
