Noroya is damn well near insane, and loves the concept of continuing her bloodline, be it by her daughters, or her OWN body. Noroya's powers also make her eyes and tattoo on her chest glow red. She's able to level an entire street just with the clap of her ASS. Noroya's main outfit consists of a grey pencil dress that's TIGHT. And a short grey jacket.
