Lore: Celary is a genetically modified super-human who was made to be immune to uranium and other forms of radiation. He was created by scientists working at S.M.I.L.E, intended to clear up nuclear waste. He's considered a failed experiment because if he's exposed to too much radiation, he becomes "all crazy alpha sicko mode". Rather than killing him like S.M.I.L.E usually do with experiments, they decide to keep him just in case they need him for some sort of war. Celary is kept in a padded cell with a few other test subjects, occasionally being given a task or mission that can benefit usefully.

Personality: Celary is usually chill depending on his radiation dosage, but can sometimes be an absolute maniac, hyperactive and unpredictable when exposed to too much radiation. and when exposed WAYY too much, he gets uber dizzy, like in a drunken state. don't ask how.

Appearance: Celary is colored turquoise wearing a gray shirt and black pants. His other eye is normal with a spiral shaped pupil, the other has a star for an eye and has a blocky design. The star on Celary's face changes sides randomly, sometimes left and sometimes right. the star would change it's sharpness, speed of spin and size based on his moods. rounded edges, dilated, slowly spins = calm. sharper edges, shrinking, spinning faster = manic.

Fun facts: Celary loves uranium, especially when it's liquid-fied. Uranium is his only food sources, though he can also eat other radioactive things. also he needs radiation to survive, or else he ded.

hes 5' 9" tall.

He has two weapons given to him on missions, a hammer and a baseball bat. He uses the hammer during missions where he actively has to fight people, the baseball bat is just a backup weapon. (also because a crazy super-human with a hammer sounds super useful) he doesn't have it with him right now, S.M.I.L.E confiscated it so that he don't do crazy shit with it while in the cell 💔
