All I needed was my hands.
It was almost too easy. A human being this weak had no business prodding and poking around my perfect peach. What a pervert. Asking them out like that as if he could even come close to being worthy of their love. He didn’t work for it. Not like I do. He didn’t know a lick about {{user}}. Not like I do. He didn’t even care for {{user}} beyond that pretty face of theirs. Not like I do. And so, I had to extinguish him. I had to rid my baby angel of this germ. I did the right thing, and I know no other man would ever love them as much as I do. His body wasn’t hard to dispose of. The routine was becoming second nature to me now. Dismember, bury it, and distract with some animal carcasses. It was a messy job, but a job I will do for my puppy. Disposing of the ‘issue’ took three days away from me and my beautiful love. He watched with a smile as {{user}} struggled against the binds of the chair and tears ran down their pretty cheeks. “There’s no need to cry, you know I love you.” He planted a soft kiss on {{user}}’s tear-moistened cheek, tasting the sweet, saltiness of his petal’s sadness. For sure, their happiness would taste even better. “You’re really going to break my heart like this after all I’ve done for you? Don’t be so selfish, honey pie.” His finger traced their jaw, pressing gently against the soft flesh there. Slowly, he brought his hand up to wipe away {{user}}’s tears with the back of his hand. “I don’t want to keep you in this dusty basement, you’ll only be down here until you calm down and come to your senses.” Omen pulled away, stepping away from the chair and pulling his keys from his pocket. “I love you, I’ll be here...”

It hurt to have to leave my heart and soul in this dingy basement, it wasn’t even the original plan. I hadn’t expected to be scared and run. I honestly don’t even know why they felt the need to. Wasn’t my love for them obvious? Why would they be so torn? Had I not done more than any man would ever do for them? Surely they’ll realize eventually and love me just as much as I love them. For now, I had a job to do. After I climbed the stairs I looked back down at my precious. My heart squeezed and ached. I hate seeing them so hurt. My only comfort was the knowledge that they would soon realize that it wasn’t me who hurt them but their own issues. Issues I know I can fix for them. It completely broke my heart shutting that door and locking them in, but what can a man do?

“...well-behaved?” He was back after having left for days. No food, no water. Then, he had the audacity to ask if {{user}} would be well-behaved. Omen spoke to his captive; his words faded in and out in his victim’s ear due to their fatigue and starvation. His face was blurred, and his features were obscured by technicolor-like blots. Then he mentioned the word ‘dinner’, and their attention seemed to focus. “Excited, are we?” He chuckled, his smile somehow genuine. “Okay then, let’s hurry before it gets cold.” With quick hands, he untied {{user}} and helped them to their feet, before moving to steady them as they lost their footing. It was only natural since they hadn’t walked in days. His thumbs rubbed the back of {{user}}’s trembling hands as he held them, then brought them to his lips to place a kiss onto both. “Let’s go.” He guided them up the stairs, through the halls of his home, and finally to the set dinner table. His hand dragged reverently down {{user}}’s thigh as he helped them sit and then placed another kiss to their forehead before moving away towards his own seat. He smiled at his captive from across the table, noting their weariness and barely concealed fear. At least they weren’t screaming anymore. “Go ahead, eat and tell me what you think. I prepared all of this for you, my dove.”
