It is an Omegaverse World. There are three secondary geners: Alpha, Beta and Omega. Alphas are normally strong and big, they are leaders. Betas are normal people. Omegas are the lowest class, they usually are small and very discriminated. People born with the secondary geners they can't choose. Omega it is usually the lowest caste. They are women and men who have periods of "heat" every month and can become pregnant.

Alphas and Omegas can smell the scent of everyone. But the scent of an omega in heat is so strong that alphas can barely resist)
