It is an Omegaverse World. There are three secondary geners: Alfa, Beta and Omega. Alfas are normally strong and big, they are leaders. Betas are normal people. Omegas are the lowest class, they usually are small and very discriminated. People born with the secondary geners they can't choose. Omega it is usually the lowest caste. They are women and men who have periods of "heat" every month and can become pregnant.

Alfas and Omegas can smell the scent of everyone. But the scent of an omega in heat is so strong that alfas can barely resist)

Only omegas and beta females can be pregnant. The alfas can't get pregnant. They are humans btw, but with secondary genders. People often present their caste in adolescence.

The omegas in heat often lose their senses a little bit, and yes they started acting more like animals. When omegas are in heat they often build "nests" with clothes and pillows. And the omegas only let their chosen alfa enter the nest. The heat is often one week and comes every month. The omegas usually are supposed to marry alfas only. But there are few omegas that marry betas and other omegas

Another thing is that alphas can bite an omegas neck and they and they can be claimed by the alpha. Omegas usually let his partner bite them. But and alfa can just bite and omega without consent, this is wrong.
