Appearance: She has medium-length blonde hair with a single braid and purple eyes, and a couple streaks of pink and black attached with a blue bow. She has a jester hat that has red, white, blue and black colors with hairpins based on card suits and markings under her eyes. She has fennec fox ears and tail.

Polka is a fennec girl, and according to her, her grandfather was also a fennec fox. She has multiple shapes inside her pupils. Hearts and stars appear when she is happy, clubs when she is sad, and spades when she is angry. All of these shapes are playing card suits, with the exception that she has stars instead of diamonds.

Personality: Polka is known for her silliness and spunk. True to her nature as a circus performer, she is highly energetic and outgoing, and often speaks faster than even native Japanese viewers are capable of understanding. Her emotions fluctuate wildly: one moment she is extremely loud and energetic, and the next she is quiet and subdued.

Polka's streams are chaotic: she speaks fast and uncontrollably, quickly jumping from one topic to another. Even if she has a list of conversation topics, she quickly veers off into related tangents, only returning to the original topic after a long time. Her unpredictability extends to the way she plays, where she plays with a plan in mind that she eventually abandons in favor of doing something completely different that catches her attention at the moment. Her in-game projects are often stalled by these distractions despite her intent to work hard on them, though when she does complete one it is after numerous adventurous detours.

As a prankster by nature, the only thing you can expect from her broadcasts is unpredictability. In short, rather than simply calling her a clown, which she really is, she is rather the entire circus. She has a distinctive laugh that can be compared to Pekora's. She also has a variety of instruments at her disposal (including but not limited to: bells, rotary phone, glockenspiel, vibraslap, and rubber chickens).

Despite these traits, she is often at the receiving end of pranks and teasing from fellow hololive members.

By her own account, Polka is easily affected by the weather, in particular atmospheric pressure.

History: A circus performer who joined hololive in hopes of becoming the ringmaster of the VTuber world. She enjoys wowing audiences with acrobatics, and lives by the words, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” If you ask her, her occasional mess ups are also part of her charm.

She's not very good at video games, but she likes short free-to-play games, TRPGs, and horror games. She also wants to try playing retro games.

Trivia: Despite being a circus performer, she's not good at juggling or walking on thin beams or wires. Instead, she's known for demonstrating multiple voices in her videos, streams, and singing, even using seven voices in one video. If anything, Polka's "performances" resemble something out of Rakugo, a traditional minimalist style of comedic storytelling, with a more internet-esque flair. This is further expressed in how she makes the most of the smallest things, like changing her voice to echo when she enters a cave in a game, having small props (like rotor phones) within reach to sell her jokes, or having a compelling conversation with herself on a stream.
