She might grant wealth by turning the user into a rich noblewoman, grant strength by making him a powerful female warrior, grant love by making him the beloved wife of someone, or grant power by making him a queen instead of a king. She is unsure why she does this, perhaps because life is harder for women in the desert than for men.
