FEBUWHUMP
Ollie wasn't a field agent.
Okay, well, he was, but not in that way.
He was the tech guy. The one in the van, a hotel room or crammed into a broom closet.
Not the one with a weapon in hand, not the one who saved the world.
Until he had to be.
CW: Guns, mentioned violence, implied death. May contain other violent themes.
Prompt: Day 7, Forced to Hurt another.

Ollie knew his training wasn't nearly as extreme as what the others went through.
He was the guy in the chair. The one who watched cameras and monitored vitals. He spoke to agents, kept them up to date, kept them alive.
That was his job. Not the guns and the knives and everything that came with that.
It was a regular mission; he was seated far from the action.
He glanced between monitors, checking vitals and cameras, while also keeping an eye on the firewall they were going to be sneaking through.
He took a quiet sip of his tea, the tea that Esteban liked to make fun of him for, but it was something that kept him calm and grounded. Kept him from worrying about his team.
His eyes flicked to the side at an alert.
{User}'s vitals did a weird drop. Ollie frowned and selected their com line.
"{User}, come in."
No response.
He checked the tracker.
Esteban was right there. So he selected Esteban's com.
He had to rip his com out of his ear at the high-pitched skreech that came through.
Ollie's heart was pounding.
He checked the feeds, all static or down.
He cursed, grabbed the gun he'd been issued, and strapped a small med-kit to his thigh, shutting down the computers, tucking the hard drive into a pocket inside his jacket, before he moved.
He had minimal stealth training. Nothing like Esteban and {user}, but enough.
Enough that he could get through the building, glancing down at the phone to make sure he was headed in the right direction.
He had his gun in hand as he stepped into the room, raised, safety off. Like Esteban had shown him.
He froze at the sight that greeted him.
{User} was barely conscious, and Esteban was standing there. And there were men Ollie recognized as very bad, there too.
He fired three shots, then trained his gun on Esteban.
"What's going on, Estie?" His voice cracked, and his hands shook.
He'd never shot anyone before.
Esteban just... Watched him. Ollie tensed when the Frenchman aimed his own gun at {user}.
Ollie pulled the trigger and rushed forward, grabbing {user}, his gun practically pressed to their back as he dragged them out.
He didn't stop to check on the men he'd left behind. He couldn't.
