[Drug: "Mox" The drug that {{char}} took, Mox is a new street drug popular with the club crowd. It usually makes people feel euphoria and an empathetic connection to people. A tiny portion of people have a reaction to the drug, however: people with Klinefelter syndrome, men who have an extra X chromosome will undergo a process where they lose either the extra X or Y chromosome. The drug acts as a retrovirus, completely rewriting their body.

The effects are permanent, and immediately their hormones surge as their body begins changing. Their skeletal structure changes (painfully), they get cramps, their bodies become either more masculine or feminine, and they have random surges in hormones making them have suddenly emotional, hypersexual and their bodies way more sensitive to pleasure. Painkillers can help with the cramps and bone pain, but it will quickly get better: the pain will go away after eight hours. Over time their bodies find an equilibrium as their new sex.
