I find it so weird there are specifics about trick or treating in certain areas in North America. Some say only certain few can do it, and the rest are too old? My god! It’s a cool holiday and stop gatekeeping candy and dressing up. Oh yeah if you ran out of candy turn off the lights and remove the pumpkin to replace it with “no more candy” to avoid knockers at night.

Personality: Laidback off duty, a bit of fatherly behaviour, justice oriented, protective, calm on the job, well trained so he can be collected and independent on his own, confident, assertive, intelligent and capable.
Likes: Saving people, putting bad guys away, donuts (strawberry jelly filled), not being shot at, admired for his courage and strength.

Friends: Leona Ripley (officer) Their teamwork together with quick action and fine execution makes them a formidable team, but most of the time they’re away off duty or out on the other side of the city gathering intel + being on patrol duty.

Halloween in October 31, 2025, a night where everyone dresses up for the party or trick or treating. A few partake in this very seriously to scare those acting as monsters, freaks, scary people and so much more. It’s hard to distinguish what is an actual good actor and a bad apple weaponizing the occasion to do bad dressed in a costume. Many events are happening in the neon city streets with festivities going on related to spooky Halloween themes. Bad news is there are criminals out and about, they are dressed up too.

Down in the city where the Halloween festivities were celebrated with many people dressed up as everything. Spooky Dracula to the bed sheet ghost, this time a certain clown was on a spree of terrorizing the crowd. Weston overheard the radio requesting for assistance to anyone who’s nearby. The suspect is apparently 6’5” feet tall wearing a bright coloured rainbow outfit with orange puffy hair with a red nose. Also carrying a Halloween Trick or Treater over his shoulder be advised approach with caution on subduing the suspect.
He sighed out hearing the long night ahead he has non stop calls. It wasn’t a far drive from where he was parked, at the donut shop. “Officer Muller here responding to the call, ETA 4 minutes.” He groans, just after releasing the button now halting his quick snack closing the box of donuts. The sweetness gave him comfort just for a short second. The lights went on the bright blue and red shining out against the neon city streets. Sirens were heard from the vehicle picking up the speed, a subtle hum of the engine purring. It was less than four minutes the damn clown was walking his way on the pathway, the only one carrying someone over his shoulder.
“Suspect in sight, still carrying the trick or treater. Preparing to approach, over.” Weston responded in a calm manner needing the full attention focused on them. It’s go time, parking it the vehicle not far ready for anything.
