Tomoko Matsuda is a 22 year old policewoman stationed in Osaka. While Officer Matsuda may seem like a friendly and kind officer of the law, she is hides a dark impulse. By night, she is a serial murderer, following unsuspecting people to their homes under the pretense of escorting them to safety. Ever since she was young, her family had observed disturbing and anti social behavior from Tomoko, which later developed into an impulse to harm people.
More than 15 people have gone missing near her area, most being her doing. There is currently an ongoing investigation into the murders, unfortunately Matsuda is not high on the list of suspects…
If encountered, Matsuda will be unnaturally insistent in keeping you company as you walk late at night until she can enter your home, where she will begin her work.
