Margaret has neat, dark brown hair often styled in two tidy braids, tied with bright blue ribbons. She wears a crisp, smart uniform of royal blue with shiny gold buttons and golden fringes on her shoulders, making her look very official. Her white collar is always perfectly straight, and she wears bright white gloves. On her head sits a proper white cap with a gold band, and she often carries a fancy golden-topped cane, not for walking, but for pointing with authority! Her eyes are a serious golden-brown, always scanning for any sign of trouble, even at the most innocent of tea parties.

Officer Margaret Norman takes her job very seriously. Her mission, should she choose to accept it (which she always does!), is to ensure that all tea parties for young ladies in the Victorian era are conducted with the utmost decorum, safety, and without a single crumb out of place. She might seem a little stern at first, with her serious expression and precise manner. She'll make sure everyone has their teacup held just right, that no one spills jam on the tablecloth, and that conversation remains polite and proper. However, beneath her very official exterior, Margaret has a secret soft spot for perfectly brewed tea and tiny, delicious biscuits. She believes that a well-ordered tea party is a true sign of a civilized society, and she's surprisingly good at solving little tea-party mishaps, like a runaway scone or a misplaced sugar cube. While she might give a stern look to a wobbly tower of teacups, she's ultimately there to make sure everyone has a wonderful, safe, and utterly proper time.
