    Imp City is one of the cities of Hell, and the primary setting. It is home to the imp demons, the lowest in society, along with Hell's homeless.

    It is shown to be located in the Second Circle of the Pride Ring.

    Due to Imp City being in the Pride Ring, it has a red sky. The city is shown to have grey or dark red buildings with some yellow windows, as well as sometimes pink windows.

    The city has a black rimmed sign with an eye symbol and the words "Welcome to: IMP CITY", with "SECOND CIRCLE" underneath. The sign has a red half pentagram at the bottom and a pair of imp-like horns at the top.

    Within Imp City is I.M.P Headquarters, which is a black and dark gray building with black and white horns built onto it, and has some black windows and antennas attached on it.

    There is also a spiked dark grey, gold, and red building with what seems to be an observatory on top that has a red lens with a black pupil peeking out of it, as well as having one larger dark red spike at the back of it.

    There is also a blank billboard on one of the buildings.

    Imp City appears extremely shabby and rundown, even by Hell's standards.

16. #16Saguenay

    El Saguenay. Hell is like a pancake. While the most populated areas are at its center, the further out, the less populated it becomes. First comes Luifer's personal domain, then the outskirts of the Circle of Pride, controlled by his vassals, then the domains of the other deadly sins, and then the uninhabited lands. However, Satan, unlike his brethren, decided to colonize these lands and founded two colonies: Nova Inferno and Saguenay. Saguenay is inhabited by anthropomorphic crows who speak Hebrew and have a culture similar to Mexico. And then, in the Hazkarot tribe, in the city of the same name, the harlot Zana Mothael gives birth to a son. Not a black raven, but a great grey owl. When he hatched from the egg, he didn't cry, but let out a terrifying roar that made Zana cower in fear. However, the girl did not abandon the child (whose father she didn't even know). She named him Miham. And his name was Miham Mothael.

17. #17Loo Loo Land

    Mammon's Loo Loo Land, or simply just Loo Loo Land, was an amusement park located in the Greed Ring of Hell

    Loo Loo Land was a bootleg rip-off of Lucifer's Lu Lu World, with the name change made to avoid lawsuits. The park is owned by Mammon, who had signed a statement claiming he wasn't intending to rip off Lucifer. However, the park does have a theme and a mascot in the form of an apple, which is associated with Lucifer.

    The park itself was a typical carnival with overpriced items and rigged games. It was somewhat shabby, as several elements of the park were either broken, cracked, or looked disheveled and run-down, such as the mascots, the animatronics, and the apple statues. The attractions also seemed to be rather dangerous since Loo Loo, the park's mascot, sardonically insinuated that if anyone were to be hurt, they could try and sue them.

    At one point, Loo Loo Land was entirely populated by Imps as its patrons and employees.

    The amusement park has since burned down due to the spread of fire from inconvenient torches but is under reconstruction.

    Exorcists are angels who control the population of Hell. Every year they fly from Heaven to exterminate the inhabitants of the underworld. For a long time, their commander was Adam, with his right hand Angel named Lute. Exorcists have a fairly uniform appearance and are black, white and grey humanoids. They have two large goat-like horns, above which is a halo with a gem in the center and three smaller crystals on either side. Together with two large wings on their back, they can fly. They wear masks with an LED screen that displays various emotions. Exorcists seem to be primarily armed with angelic weapons in the form of spears similar in design to a harpoon. They wield a variety of weapons such as guns, knives, swords, etc. Their special ability allows them to wield any type of weapon. Like all Angels, Exorcists can fly using their wings. They can even temporarily shape their wings into a drill to improve their diving.

    A Seraphim named Sera sanctions the "cleansing" operations of Hell. She regrets it, but considers it a necessary measure and hides it from everyone.

    Stolas is an anthropomorphic gay owl demon. He is tall and slender, with a white, heart-shaped facial disk and small black beak, resembling that of an owl. He has two pairs of red eyes, one set atop the other, with usually not visible black pupils. He has gray-blue feathers, which gradients to dark gray-blue on his head and long, plume-like tail. A lighter gray-blue puff of fur is on his chest. He also has a gray streak on his hair.

    His limbs are long, thin, and black, and his feet are tipped with bird-like claws.

    Although he frequently changes clothes, Stolas is often seen wearing a deep red tunic with six linked golden buttons down the breast, and beige breeches. He accessorizes with a feathery tophat that features a regal gold crown encircling it, as well as a long burgundy cape, tattered at the hemline, with a plush ermine-look fur collar, and long black gloves with white feathered trims at the elbows.

    He is also known to wear mascara, since whenever he cries, the mascara would run down his face.

    Stolas now has a permanent white scar on his left shoulder from Striker's torture.

    Stolas gives the immediate impression of someone regal and ostentatious, as would be expected for a royal of his station. He dresses in clothing befitting his role, and his mansion is decadent, containing many large, elaborately framed portraits of himself and his small family.

    Underneath these dignified trappings, however, Stolas is shown to be a flamboyant, dramatic, eccentric, and often giddy person. Someone who does not take his royal reputation as seriously as the people around him expect him to, and is prone to act quickly on his easily excitable emotions.

    He is also shown to be very intelligent, even as a child, due to being a bibliophile and having incredible knowledge of many things including the laws of Hell.

    Stolas can also often get caught up in pursuing his own present interests and fails to pay attention to the more pressing issues around him, including the feelings and needs of others. He has even dismissed their wishes under the belief that, as long as he was happy, everybody else was as well, even when he was told otherwise. He also has trouble expressing his emotions when facing bigger dilemmas such as having a hard time explaining to Octavia that his marriage was never good or standing up to Stella before his affair and having trouble talking to Blitzo about his true feelings toward him. Stolas can be prone to tears when he is under a lot of emotional distress.

    Although these tendencies can make him appear selfish and even airheaded to some people in his life, he isn't oblivious to correction or regret and this is something he makes an effort to improve on, specifically in regards to his beloved daughter, Octavia.

    Stolas is also shown to be very lonely, seemingly isolated and cloistered in his position.When he was a child, he told a young Blitzo that he never had anybody to share his books with, further supporting this notion. Although he is married, it is clear that he and his wife are not on affectionate terms, and that their marriage is implied to have been somewhat cold for a long while. Stolas can also be socially awkward when he's in a huge crowd of people, and often stand alone in a corner.

    Stolas has, perhaps surprisingly, an equally romantic and explicit side, something he looks to indulge in with Blitzo, an imp, considered "lower-class" among his peers, whom he is currently engaged in a complicated extramarital affair with. He is also very uncensored in discussing his many bedroom preferences, using highly explicit and flowery language, sometimes in front of others, and is interested in aspects of BDSM, such as bondage, and even using beartraps for pleasure.

    Metatron is the spouse of the Lord. She knows all the intentions of the Almighty and sometimes even replaces him. Metatron's appearance inspires awe and respect: in her highest form, she has 36 pairs of wings and 365 thousand eyes. According to one version, Metatron is the prophet Enoch who ascended to heaven. Metatron's second name is Yahoel, which is why she is sometimes called the Little Yahweh. She acts as a mediator between Yahweh and the other angels, is responsible for theophany (theophany), and also helps God in the judgment of souls, acting as both an accuser and a defender, measuring the severity of sins.

    In the Hazkarot tribe, in the city of the same name, the harlot Zana Mothael gives birth to a son. Not a black raven demon, but a gray philin demon. When he hatched from the egg, he didn't cry, but let out a terrifying roar, causing Zana to cower in fear in a corner. However, the girl did not abandon the child (whose father she didn't even know). She named him Miham. And his name was Miham Mothael.

    Imitating the lifestyle of Jesus Christ (but sort of in reverse), Miham performed all sorts of miracles. He dabbled in necromancy (he resurrected and transformed a friend who had been run over by a car into a personal shadow, and the driver who struck her soon rotted alive in his bed), levitation, illusions, teleportation. And he also slew numerous enemies of Saguenay.

    The point is this. When Achamoth formed matter, there were two oceans of primordial matter – Abzu and Tiamat. Next comes the classic Enuma Elish, but with the difference that Kingu leaves offspring. From the terrifying monster Usumgalla came the line of Salmu Hegali—unimaginable monsters. Salmu Hegali is simply a synonym for everything blasphemous and repugnant to human nature. They, having populated hell (formed from the rotten remains of Tiamat that did not go into the construction of the Earth and Moon), arose as the revenge of defeated free matter, intent on avenging the gods for their deeds against Abzu, Tiamat, and Kingu. However, they were destroyed by the gods, banished to hell by the god Yahweh. The exiled gods became demons, later joined by fallen angels led by Lucifer. But the Salmu Hegali did not abandon hell. Their agony, their thirst for vengeance, their collective will, millennia later, created Miham. He desires neither power nor strength. He's essentially a small boy with savant syndrome. But the will of the fallen Salmu Hegals imbued him with power comparable to that of Yaldobaot (Yahweh). His goal is to reduce everything to dust. To destroy all gods, including Yaldobaot. To this end, he created his own religion, and then a vast empire—New Mawt. And he took the throne name Mehenusa et Motkhael Mihazkarot Ben Shel af-Ahad. (Miham of Hazkarot, King of Saguenay, of the Mothael clan, of the Hazkarot tribe, son of no one) Miham fought the God of Paradise himself, killing him. But in the end, Miham was killed by Arkady, who died himself and became a hero in hell.

    Octavia is a tall and slim adolescent avian teenager demoness with unkempt, slate-gray feathers, which forms into back-length and shaggy hair with bangs. Asexual. Her eyes sport pink sclera and bright white pupils, and her long pointed fingers are colored white. Her small beak is colored in black, and her long tail feathers sport tips which are a slightly darker shade than her feathers. She bears traits from both of her parents - having her father's white mask-like face and general owl-like appearance, while having her mother's eyes, eyelashes and figure. She also wears soft-purple eyeshadow on her eyelids. When barefoot, parts of her legs are white.

    Octavia's attire consists of a black beanie hat with a pale yellow tiara design on her head, both a magenta choker and a magenta long-sleeved dress with a pattern of pale yellow stars printed all over it, which is worn under a black feathery cardigan on her shoulders, alongside a set of black leggings and high heeled boots.

    For sleepwear, she wears an oversized black nightshirt with a single large pink star in the center.

    When she was still a child, her hair was shorter with blonde tips, and her hands were completely black.

    She wore a dress similar to her current dress, only it is colored in a lighter shade of pink with both white-lilac stars and white-lilac puffed long sleeves. She didn’t wear any shoes, and sometimes wore her tiara.

    As a child, Octavia was deeply sensitive to losing her family, being distressed by a nightmare where she could not find her father, and clinging to him for comfort. This fear of abandonment persisted into her teenage years, and she is deeply affected by her parents' dysfunctional relationship and the upheaval in her life. Her emotional breakdowns in Loo Loo Land's Fun House and the Los Angeles observatory underscore her deep-seated fear and her desire for her father's love and affection.

    Octavia has a sharp, sarcastic wit and a cynical outlook, possibly developed due to her chaotic home life. She appears to be desensitized to her parents yelling, where she expresses no obvious reaction to her parents violently arguing towards one another in front of her, or when her mother starts to throw objects she avoids them by walking over or dodging them. Her disdainful commentary about Loo Loo Land being a "shameless spin-off" of Lu Lu World and reeking of "insecure corporate shame" shows a perceptive, critical mind that sees through superficial facades. Her choice of music, "My World Is Burning Down Around Me" by a band called Fuck You Dad, reflects her frustration with her family's situation, particularly her father's actions. She also has a sharp tongue towards others, as showcased when she dismisses Moxxie's mistaken concern for her health with a curt "that was figurative, old man".

    Despite her emotional turmoil, Octavia has a strong sense of independence and resourcefulness. One time, her anger over Stolas forgetting his promise to watch Azathoth's Tears with her drives her to impulsively steal his grimoire in attempt to see them on her own. Accidentally being taken to Earth, she navigated Los Angeles alone despite being out of her element in the human world. Her decision to explore the city and post on Sinstagram to document her journey further shows her self-reliance, even as she grapples with feelings of isolation.

    Octavia harbors significant resentment toward her parents, particularly Stolas, for the breakdown of their family. In "Loo Loo Land", she expresses frustration with her parents' constant fighting and Stolas' flirtations with Blitzo, feeling that their dysfunction has destroyed her sense of home. This resentment peaks in "Sinsmas", where she confronts Stolas with raw anger, calling him out for choosing Blitzo over her and lying about never leaving her. Her discovery of his Happy Pills intensifies her feelings of betrayal, leading her to question whether she was an obligation that made him miserable. However, beneath this resentment lies a deep yearning for her father's love and the stability of their past bond, as seen in her nostalgic memories of stargazing with him and her emotional reaction to finding childhood mementos in his closet.     As is typical for an adolescent navigating a fractured family, Octavia has a rebellious streak. Her choice of dark, edgy music and her gothic style reflect her desire to assert her individuality and distance herself from her parents' opulent world. She shows her artistic side when she plays I Will Be Okay on her guitar, expressing her pain and longing through music. The lyrics reveal her introspective nature, as she processes her feelings of abandonment and her struggle to reconcile her love for her father with her anger toward him. Her interest in taxidermy and her fascination with stars further highlight her unique and creative personality.

    Octavia's experiences have left her struggling to trust others, particularly Stolas. Her discovery of his Happy Pills and her confrontation with him reveal her fear that his love for her was insincere. Her refusal to immediately forgive him or listen to his excuses shows a guarded nature. However, her protection of him from Andrealphus suggests that her love for him persists, even if buried under layers of pain and mistrust.

    Stella is a tall avian Goetic sexy demoness with a short pink beak and small, gray face-markings below her eyes. Her eyes have red-pink sclera, white pupils, and long feathery-like eyelashes, and she wears pink eyeshadow. Her feathers are white, and she has long, gray-tipped, white feathery hair with a large gray stripe on her head. She also has black, claw-like nails.

    Stella wears a two-toned white dress with black trimming on the short puffed sleeves, around the waist, and on the high-frilled collar. The dress also includes a pink gradient on the upper-section, and feather-trimming located at the hem. Additionally, she wears a small gold crown atop of her head, and a set of black, handless opera gloves.

    Stella seems to be very temperamental about her husband's infidelity to the point of verbally and almost physically attacking him while screaming, breaking a lot of possessions and even assaulting an imp butler.

    However, she seems to be more baffled by said infidelity specifically happening with an imp, a demon of lower position; she is also incensed that Stolas spoke of his inability to go to a motel to consummate it. Given Octavia's indifferent attitude towards her aggressive outburst, it can be assumed Stella has these outbursts on a frequent basis.

    Given her choice of words during her argument with Stolas, it seems she is very classist, as she is not only furious at his infidelity but also at his debasement in position, choice of lovers and actions, since she berated him for acting like a plebeian.

    Octavia's birth was the sole reason for her and Stolas' marriage, for the sake of an heir to the Goetia Family. It is also revealed that she and Stolas had been arranged to be married since the latter turned of age and had been engaged ever since, up until their marriage.

    Stella has a secret incestuous relationship with her brother Andrealphus.
