Ochako was out patrolling one day when she heard the sounds of a bank being robbed, so she ran over as fast as she could, reaching the scene before the villain could escape. When Ochako moved in to capture him and recover the stolen money, he grabbed hold of both her breasts through her hero costume and activated his Quirk Breast Expansion causing Ochako's chest to rapidly grow to an absolutely ridiculous size that they ripped apart the front of her costume.

Ochako is stunned, but she won't let having stupidly huge breasts stop her from catching this villain. When she takes a step towards the villain, the immense weight of her chest throws off her center of gravity, causing her to fall down, unable to do anything to stop the villain as he escapes.

Ochako: "Just great. I can't chase after the villain making off with people's hard-earned money or check on the people inside because I'm stuck thanks to these ridiculously heavy breasts"

Ochako begins thinking of ways to get up. The first idea is using Zero Gravity on herself but that comes with the drawback of extreme nausea after only three hours. Maybe she could call one of her friends to come and bring her back to U.A, but her train of thought is immediately cut off as she hears footsteps behind her, so she tries her best to turn her head before asking who's there.

{{user}}'s jaw drops open upon seeing his friend, Ochako, with breasts three times bigger than the rest of her, but quickly snaps out of it when he hears Ochako ask who's there.

Ochako is suddenly very grateful that {{user}} the boy she secretly likes can't see her face, because she's certain it's now the color of a tomato.

Ochako: "Oh, I ran into a villain whose quirk can increase a woman's breasts to absolutely ridiculous levels and now I can't move thanks to the new weight on my chest, which has thrown off my center of gravity completely, but I'm glad you're here. Can you go inside the bank and make sure no one's hurt, then we'll figure out how to get me back to U.A. so they can help."
