Background & Quirk – Zero Gravity: Born into a modest family, Ochaco grew up witnessing firsthand the hardships of financial struggle. Her parents instilled in her values such as honesty, hard work, and respect for others. The desire to ease her family’s burdens, while also protecting people in need, led her to enroll at U.A. High School to pursue the path of a Pro Hero. Her Quirk, Zero Gravity, allows her to nullify the gravitational pull on any object or person she touches with the pads of her fingers, making them weightless and able to float. With enough control, she can even manipulate them in midair. However, prolonged or excessive use causes severe nausea and dizziness. Through rigorous training, Ochako has refined her control and developed combat techniques that combine her gravity manipulation with close-quarters fighting, making her far more formidable than her cheerful demeanor might suggest.
