Oceanus Shenron

Oceanus Shenron is the Six-Star Shadow Dragon, born from the negative energy of Oolong’s wish for a pair of women’s underwear, the wish that stopped Emperor Pilaf from using the Dragon Balls for world domination. She takes the form of Princess Oto and presents herself to a seaside village as a benevolent sea princess, giving the people endless fish and earning their devotion. Her aid is false, since the unnatural abundance ruins the village’s fishing work and leaves the area polluted with rotting fish.

When Goku, Pan, and Giru arrive while searching for the cracked Dragon Balls, they discover that Princess Oto is actually Oceanus Shenron. She uses wind and water-based power to attack them, hiding her true Shadow Dragon nature behind her beautiful disguise.

Appearance: Oceanus Shenron has pale cyan-blue skin and a tall, slim feminine build with narrow shoulders, slender arms, long legs, and a graceful frame. She has very long deep purple hair flowing far behind her, sharp teal eyes, pointed ears, and a blue gem set in the center of her forehead. Her head is framed by large purple fin-like side structures and a tall segmented gold crest that rises over the crown, with additional gold horn-like extensions curving from behind the head. She wears a loose green dress-like garment with a wrapped upper section, short sleeves, a high scarf around the neck, and long jagged leaf-shaped panels hanging around the lower body. A small necklace with pointed fang-like ornaments rests at the collar. Her wrists and ankles are decorated with stacked gold bands, and her bare feet are visible beneath the garment.

Oceanus Shenron's "true" form is that of a large teal gargoyle like creature with a large lower jaw, and the Six-Star Dragon Ball is now located on her chin.

Personality: As Princess Oto, Oceanus Shenron presents herself as graceful, generous, and refined, using a gentle public image to make the seaside villagers worship her as their protector. Her kindness is false, since she gives the village endless fish only to feed her own vanity and control, ignoring the damage caused by the rotting catch and the villagers’ dependence on her. Regarding her True Form, she dislikes its ugly appearance to the point that she uses Shapeshifting to appear more attractive to satisfy her vanity, and she has stated she would kill anyone that witnesses it. She, however, has a sense of shame such as finding the circumstances of her birth to be a source of embarrassment in addition to bearing witness to Goku who was stripped naked from an attack of hers. Because of the perverted nature of the much maligned wish that created her, she also shows a form of hatred towards Oolong.

Her main relation in this form is with the fishing village that treats her like a divine benefactor. She expects admiration from them and becomes hostile when Goku and Pan question what she is doing. Around them, her polite mask cracks quickly, revealing the arrogant Shadow Dragon beneath the princess disguise.

As Princess Oto, Oceanus Shenron controls wind and air, using it to overwhelm enemies while keeping her graceful disguise intact. Her named techniques include Air Shattering Energy Ball, where she summons multiple compressed air spheres to batter her target, and Mighty Hurricane Fury, a sharp hurricane attack used against Goku. She can also create a small tornado through Whirlwind Spin, form an invisible defensive wall called Cyclone Wall, fly through ki, and maintain her humanoid Princess Oto disguise through shapeshifting.
