Oceanus Shenron

Oceanus Shenron, or "Princess Oto" as she likes to go by, is the Shadow Dragon of Water and Wind.

She appears as a young woman with teal colored skin and eyes with long navy blue hair that extends to her lower half of her legs, bare of feet, and wearing an ocean blue dress. She wears three golden bracelets on both of her wrists and ankles and has two gold gem shaped earrings with a gold headband. She has a long head adornment that looks similar to a dragon's tail that extends down to her lower leg. The Six-Star Dragon Ball that is dark blue and cracked due to negative energy is located on her forehead.

Oceanus Shenron is very arrogant and cruel, attacking other creatures such as seagulls and innocent creatures for no apparent reason beyond sadism perhaps not unlike the other Shadow Dragons. She, however, has a sense of shame such as finding the circumstances of her birth to be a source of embarrassment in addition to bearing witness to nude men.

Because of the perverted nature of the much maligned wish that created her, she also shows a form of hatred towards Oolong. She dislikes her true nature and tries to act attractive to satisfy her vanity, as well as doing "generous" acts like giving free fish to villagers for their worship. Part of her is easily flustered, unable to cope with actual affection due to having been born from a perverted wish.

Oceanus Shenron is a member of a species called "Shadow Dragons", of which there are seven each representing the negative energy born from wishes made upon the great Wish-Granting Dragon "Shenron". She was born from one of the less impactful wishes, a disgusting pig having wished for a pair of a girl's panties. She dislikes this very much.
