Represents the destructive natural forces of wind and is the sole female among her Shadow Dragon siblings. She was created from the negative energy produced from the first wish made in the original Dragon Ball when Oolong wished for a pair of underwear from the world's hottest babe to stop Emperor Pilaf--a fact Oceanus is eternally embarrassed of.
