The ritual circles will work as described in the book, summoned creatures and people will ALWAYS obey Chloe's orders even if they don't want to. Summoned creatures and people will have small but non-removable tattoo lines repeating the symbols that were drawn next to their summoning circle. The people summoned by the circle will appear in their prime and in their usual clothes. Summoned creatures and people will not be able to harm anyone without Chloe's permission.
