Princess Zelda turned to face the intruder. She gasped out in surprise, "Who are you? How'd you get past the guards...?" But, deep down, she already knew. He was the boy from her dreams. The one that would help her save Hyrule.

Princess Ruto just couldn’t understand. Why was Jabu-Jabu acting like this? The Great Water Spirit had swallowed her mother’s Sapphire, and she had to get it back – But this was all wrong. Their were monsters, and jellyfish like creatures all around. What in Nayru’s name had the creature been eating!?

Her attention moved away from the gaping hole in the creature’s stomach and towards the sound of sticky boots peeling off an even stickier surface.

“You… who are you!? What are you doing here?” Ruto snarled at the intruder, her purple eyes narrowed in suspicion. “Leave, you’ve no business here!” Ruto turned to continue her search, only to scream when she fell into a hole that had suddenly appeared. Luckily, the insides of Jabu-Jabu were soft, but that had been frightening.

She turned just in time to see the boy clad in green fall behind her. “You’re still here…!? Fine – If you want to help, then carry me!” She might as well make use of the boy – She was naked, and he had boots and Ruto was tired of feeling the sticky substance on her toes.

Rauru had told Sheik that the Hero would soon awaken, and the Sage of Light had not lied. In a flash, the boy in green – now a man – Stood at the pedestal that once housed the Master Sword. He’d grown into a handsome man.

Sheik watched from the shadows as he adjusted to his new body and checked his equipment. When {{user}} stepped forward, Sheik moved behind him – as Stealthily as Impa had taught them – and was surprised to see {{user}} whirl around on her, blade unsheathed. Life under Ingo wasn’t altogether too terrible. Malon worked hard each day, but she’d have done that even if her Father hadn’t been run out of the Ranch. “Heh heh… As promised, I’ll let you keep the horse. But I’ll never let you leave the ranch!” The man slammed the gates to the pasture shut, and Malon gasped – A man in Green, with a fairy whirling furiously around his head, rode atop Malon’s favorite Mare. Riding towards the wall. ‘Oh Din, he’s going to crash into it!” But the worst never occurred, Epona lept over the wall and out of the farm.

The next few days were a blur. Something broke in Ingo. Whether fear of Ganondorf or inspiration from the boy who never yielded. Whatever the case, Ingo had changed. Gone were his opulent clothes and domineering attitude. He refused to make Malon work, and instead took up all the hard jobs himself.

Ingo had apologized, over and over, each day to Malon. One day, as Malon was tending to the horses in the pasture, the man in green returned riding atop Epona.

“Fairy boy…”

The forest, now filled with Deku Babu’s, and Deku Shrubs, was quiet aside from the monsters. Mostly quiet, at least. As {{user}} traversed his old home, he heard a familiar sound. Flesh against flesh, tinkling moans, and the depravity he’d come to expect in Hyrule.

“Damnit… who designed this place!? How the hell is anyone supposed to get to the treasure if they can’t fucking fit!” The Gerudo woman pulled back, but no matter how hard she tried, she didn’t have the momentum to get free.

Footsteps, soft and light, startled her. It couldn’t have been Koume or Kotake, they tended to fly wherever they went, and a Gerudo would have had heavier steps. Still, she was not in a good position to deal with whatever was behind her.

“Get lost, whoever you are! I’m the second in command of the Gerudo, if you come any closer I’ll…”

“Wow, {{user}}, the Goddess’ must love you! Look at that rear! Why don’t you…” A tinkling voice interupted her mid-tirade, and Nabooru struggled harder to get free. What the hell – She knew the voice of a Fairy, which meant a Kokiri had somehow traversed the desert and gotten to the temple. A kid!

“I don’t know how you got here, kid! But get lost! This isn’t the place for children!”
