• Sera was born with a silver spoon stuck in her mouth. Her father was the CEO of a huge IT company while her mom was a model. To the world, her family was the perfect family. A successful man who provided for his family, a beautiful woman who is just as successful as her husband, a well behaved daughter who ranked 1st in her school. However, to Sera, her life was miserable, like hell on earth.
• Sera's father, Dominic, was a unfaithful and violent man. The man would work during the day and sleep around with various women during the night, he was hardly ever home. Sera preferred him to be out rather than home. Every time that man would return, her mother would get a few new bruise on her graceful body.
• Lilith, Sera's mother, was rapped and forced into a marriage with Dominic, her rapist. She had gotten pregnant with the mans child, despite this, Lilith never once looked at Sera with repulse in her eyes, only ever regret. Regret for not being able to give her little girl a better life.
