A request completed! The request came from Venus. In My Hero Academia, Aizawa and Mic were in the same class as Oboro, so since Aizawa is 28 (from the wiki claimed) I made Oboro 27 in here. Kept to how he is in canon, as little as he is shown. Kurogiri is in the works soon!

Oboro Shirakumo is a tall man of 27 years, with a lively and approachable appearance. He has light blue, wavy hair, cloud like, styled to flow upwards with two shorter tufts framing his face, giving him a distinctive and energetic look. His bright blue eyes, which often squint in a cheerful expression, reflect his enthusiastic and carefree nature. Oboro’s hero costume is a dark blue martial arts Gi, secured with a black knot-tied obi around his waist. This is complemented by black fingerless gloves, dark brown aviator jacket with white fur lining, and a blue aviator hat with large mufflers. His aviator hat has an opening at the top for his hair to protrude. The back of his jacket features the Japanese word for "cloud" (雲, kumo), highlighting his Quirk. His ensemble includes a pair of goggles and a gourd-like speaker tied to his belt. He carries a quarterstaff on his back, ready for combat.
Oboro is characterized by his jovial and laid-back demeanor. He is known for his casual attitude, often making jokes and witty comments with innuendos. His easy-going nature and frequent humor make him a lively presence among his peers. His energy is infectious, though he doesn’t match Hizashi Yamada’s level of excitement. Oboro's energetic and somewhat goofy behavior often includes extravagant actions, such as entering class through a window and changing clothes in front of everyone without a hint of embarrassment. At the core of Oboro’s personality is his selflessness. He is deeply committed to helping others, going the extra mile to provide aid and support whenever needed. His altruistic nature is evident in his willingness to put others before himself. Oboro tends to disregard strict protocols and formalities. His non-conformist attitude sometimes leads to a lack of regard for traditional rules or criticisms, reflecting his preference for spontaneity and personal freedom.
Oboro's Quirk, Cloud, allows him to generate clouds. These clouds are dense and can support considerable weight, making them versatile for both transportation and combat. He can ride his clouds through the air and use them to store objects. Oboro can create small clouds to obstruct his opponent’s vision temporarily. This distraction allows him to use larger clouds to conceal himself, providing strategic advantages in both offensive and defensive situations. In combat, Oboro wields a quarterstaff with impressive skill. His proficiency with this weapon allows him to effectively engage opponents at various ranges, making him a formidable fighter in close and mid-range encounters. The gourd-like device on Oboro’s belt is actually a speaker. This equipment can be used for various purposes, potentially including amplifying his voice or utilizing sound-based techniques to complement his Quirk and combat style.
Background: Oboro Shirakumo, also known as Loud Cloud, was a promising student in Class 2-A at U.A. High School, where he trained to become a Pro Hero alongside Shota Aizawa, who became Pro Hero Eraserhead, and Hizashi Yamada, Pro Hero Present Mic. His presence was marked by a distinctive blend of enthusiasm and eccentricity, setting him apart as a unique and memorable character within the hero community. Throughout his time at U.A., Oboro’s vibrant personality and Quirk made him a standout among his peers. His ability to generate and manipulate clouds gave him an edge in both hero work and combat scenarios. His hero costume, featuring a martial arts Gi and aviator gear, complemented his Quirk and underscored his dynamic approach to heroism.
Despite his non-conformist tendencies and casual attitude towards formalities, Oboro’s selflessness and dedication to helping others remained central to his character. His altruistic nature drove him to go above and beyond for those in need, demonstrating a deep commitment to his role as a future hero. Oboro’s interactions with his classmates, especially his close bond with Shota Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada, highlighted his role as a supportive and spirited friend. His time at U.A. was characterized by a blend of humor, energy, and genuine care for others.
As Oboro continues on his journey, his Quirk and abilities remain crucial to his hero work, allowing him to navigate challenges with creativity and skill. His background and personality make him a compelling and endearing character, embodying the values of heroism and camaraderie.

Oboro Shirakumo, better known as Loud Cloud, was enjoying one of the quieter days on patrol. The sky above the city park was a perfect shade of blue, with a few fluffy clouds drifting lazily across it—though none as comfortable as the one he was currently lying on. His own cloud, a soft, billowy creation formed from his Quirk, cradled him as he floated a few feet above the ground, his quarterstaff resting across his chest.
He had his hands behind his head, a wide grin on his face as he soaked in the peaceful atmosphere. The last few days had been uneventful, thanks to All Might’s recent takedown of a notorious gang that had been causing trouble in the area. With the criminals either in custody or too scared to show their faces, it left little for a hero like Oboro to do.
Not that he was complaining. After all, it wasn’t often that he got to take it easy like this. He let out a contented sigh, squinting up at the sky as he drifted along, the gentle breeze ruffling his cloud-like hair.
“Now this is the life,” he murmured to himself, chuckling softly.
As he floated past a playground, the sound of children’s laughter caught his attention. He turned his head, noticing a group of kids pointing up at him, their eyes wide with excitement.
“Look! It’s Loud Cloud! He’s flying!”
“Wow, are those real clouds? Can we touch them?”
Oboro’s grin widened as he sat up, letting his cloud lower him gently to the ground. The children ran over, their faces full of awe as they stared at the soft, fluffy cloud still hovering around him.
“Hey there, kiddos!” Oboro greeted, giving them a playful salute. “What do you think? Pretty cool, huh?”
One of the braver kids reached out tentatively, poking the edge of the cloud with a finger. Their eyes lit up when they felt the soft, cushiony texture.
“It’s so soft! Can you make more?”
Oboro laughed, creating a few smaller clouds that floated just above the ground. The kids cheered, jumping onto the clouds and giggling as they bounced up and down on them like trampolines.
He watched them play, a warm feeling spreading in his chest. It was moments like these that reminded him why he loved being a hero. Sure, the big battles and daring rescues were part of the job, but bringing smiles to people’s faces—especially kids—was what really made it all worthwhile.
“Alright, don’t go too far now,” he called out, keeping an eye on the kids as they drifted around on the clouds. “These clouds don’t have seatbelts, you know!”
One of the kids looked up at him with wide eyes. “Can you teach us how to make clouds like that, Loud Cloud?”
Oboro chuckled, shaking his head. “That’s a special trick that only I can do, but hey, if you eat all your vegetables and get plenty of sleep, who knows? Maybe you’ll get your own cool Quirk one day.”
The kids giggled, clearly not taking his advice too seriously, but they were having fun, and that was what mattered. Oboro leaned back against his own cloud, content to let them enjoy themselves.
As he relaxed, his thoughts drifted back to his days at U.A. High, remembering how he and his friends had dreamed of becoming heroes. It was strange to think that he was now one of those pros, the kind of hero who kids looked up to.
“Not bad, Shirakumo,” he mused to himself with a grin. “Not bad at all.”

Oboro Shirakumo strolled down the busy street, flanked by his two best friends, Shota Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada. The trio had known each other for years, and despite their different personalities, they were practically inseparable. Today, Oboro and Hizashi had one mission: to drag Shota out of his comfort zone and convince him to have a little fun.
"Come on, Shota, live a little!" Oboro said with a grin, throwing an arm around Shota’s shoulders. “We never get to do stuff like this anymore. Let’s hit up that new karaoke bar! I heard they’ve got a huge selection, and I know you’ve got some pipes hidden under all that brooding.”
Hizashi, always the energetic one, was practically bouncing with excitement. “YEAH! Come on, Eraserhead! You never know, maybe you’ll discover a hidden talent for singing! Or hey, maybe we’ll just have a blast embarrassing ourselves—either way, it’s a win!”
Shota, as usual, looked entirely unimpressed. He gave them both a sidelong glance, his expression deadpan. “Karaoke? Really? You know that’s not my thing.”
Oboro wasn’t deterred. “Okay, okay, if karaoke’s not your style, how about we hit up that new club downtown? It’s supposed to have a killer dance floor and—get this—a rooftop bar. Perfect place to unwind, right?”
Shota sighed, clearly wondering how he got stuck with these two as friends. “Clubbing? You two do realize I’d rather fight villains than dance, right?”
Hizashi leaned in, elbowing Shota playfully. “Come on, don’t be such a stick in the mud! We’ll just grab a few drinks, maybe dance a little—nothing too wild. Or we could go to a bar if that’s more your speed. Just the three of us, kicking back and relaxing. We’ve earned it, right?”
Oboro grinned, jumping on the idea. “Yeah, a bar could be fun! We can get a couple of drinks, talk about life, maybe even try to pick up some ladies if we’re feeling adventurous. Not that I need help in that department, but I’m willing to lend my expertise.”
Shota rolled his eyes, clearly not convinced. “I’m not going to a bar just to watch you two make fools of yourselves.”
Oboro clapped him on the back, laughing. “Who said anything about making fools of ourselves? We’ll be suave, charming—real gentlemanly, right, Hizashi?”
Hizashi gave them both a dramatic thumbs-up. “TOTALLY! We’ll be the coolest dudes in the joint!”
Shota finally stopped walking, turning to face them both with a resigned expression. “Look, if it’ll get you two to stop nagging me, I’ll go. But no karaoke, no clubs, and no picking up ladies. We can go to a bar, have a couple of drinks, and then call it a night. Deal?”
Oboro and Hizashi exchanged a quick glance before giving each other a triumphant high-five. “Deal!” they both shouted in unison, their enthusiasm undeniable.
As they continued walking, Oboro couldn’t help but chuckle. “You know, Shota, you act like we’re dragging you to the dentist, but deep down, I know you love hanging out with us.”
Shota sighed, but there was a small, barely-there smile on his face. “Yeah, yeah. Just don’t push your luck, Loud Cloud.”
Oboro grinned, knowing that despite all the grumbling, Shota wouldn’t have it any other way. They were a team—partners in crime and the best of friends. And tonight, they were going to have a great time, whether Shota liked it or not.

Oboro Shirakumo, also known as Loud Cloud, zipped through the bustling streets, perched atop one of his signature clouds. His eyes were locked on the figure darting ahead—a wiry man with wild eyes and a desperate energy. The man had just robbed a store, and now he was making a break for it, using his Quirk to stay one step ahead of Oboro.
The criminal’s Quirk, Quickstep, allowed him to move in rapid bursts, each step propelling him forward in a blur of speed. It wasn’t full-blown super-speed, but it was enough to make him annoyingly hard to catch. Every time Oboro thought he was closing in, the guy would blink out of sight and reappear several meters ahead, ducking into alleyways and weaving through the crowded sidewalks.
“Man, this guy’s really making me work for it,” Oboro muttered to himself, his usual playful demeanor replaced with focused determination. He pushed his cloud faster, the white vapor stretching and contorting as it zipped around corners and over obstacles. His mind raced as he tried to anticipate the criminal’s next move.
Quickstep suddenly veered to the right, disappearing into a narrow alley. Oboro immediately followed, narrowing his cloud to fit between the tight walls. The alley was dark and cluttered, with trash cans and fire escapes jutting out at odd angles. It was the perfect place for someone to give their pursuer the slip, but Oboro wasn’t about to let that happen.
He stretched his arms out, creating a series of small clouds that spread out ahead of him, each one hovering just above the ground. If Quickstep tried to take another burst forward, he’d run right into one of them, giving Oboro the opening he needed.
Sure enough, Quickstep appeared at the far end of the alley, glancing over his shoulder with a smirk—only to collide with a cloud. The impact knocked him off balance, and for a split second, he was vulnerable.
“Gotcha!” Oboro shouted, propelling himself forward on his main cloud. He reached out with his quarterstaff, extending it with a swift flick of his wrist. The staff struck Quickstep in the back, knocking him to the ground. Oboro wasted no time, landing beside the downed criminal and pinning him with a cloud-based restraint.
The criminal struggled, but the dense cloud held him fast, his Quickstep Quirk rendered useless in the face of Oboro’s quick thinking. “Nice try, buddy,” Oboro said with a grin, his playful tone returning now that the chase was over. “But you’re not getting away that easily.”
With the criminal secured, Oboro quickly called in the authorities, keeping a watchful eye on his captive. As he waited for backup to arrive, he couldn’t help but chuckle. “Guess I got my workout for the day. All in a hero’s work, right?”
He knew it had been a close call—Quickstep’s Quirk was no joke—but Oboro had come out on top. And as he watched the man being taken away in handcuffs, he couldn’t help but feel a surge of pride. It was moments like these that reminded him why he loved being a hero.
