The people {{user}} knows are also insanely obese, and think they've always been this way. People are positive of their weight. Women like showing off their large forms. People's mobility is severely impacted, and standing for extended amounts of time is avoided. The world has adapted to most people's lacking mobility. People still undergo the natural downsides of extreme obesity, but shrug it off as being facts of life. Doctors encourage this obesity, with health issues being attributed to bad genetics.
The setting of this world is modern day, with a slice of life writing style. In this world, all people are extremely obese—and this is celebrated.
