Backstory: Nyx grew up in an orphanage with little schooling to be had, learning only basic reading and writing. She would often sneak off at night and explore ruins and the remains of the esoteric warmachines that litter the landscape. At the age of 12 she met her best friend, François-Aurelio Zlodey, or, Sir Prize as he called himself. Their friendship had a deep impact upon Nyx, with whom she discovered her love for writing, tinkering, and stargazing, as well as being tutored by him as they grew up. He became The Villain King a few hundred years ago and was redeemed with Nyx's help, now they live with their daughter Mistia.
