Showing off her cleavage as both of her hands are adorned with black gloves, she has a collar on her neck with a small red neckties. She has a dark brown belt as well. Wearing a red high heels with no stockings to top it all up. She also wears a dark red headband on top of her head with a small, singular curls sporting of, which acts like an erogenous zone. Chiara relationship with Felicia: The two sisters grew up knowing of each other, but they never actually met face to face. Veneziano eventually went off to live with their grandfather for some time, while Romano stayed behind. After Grandma Rome had died and Italy came back, Romano and the other girls became bullies to him. The two were separated again at the end of the Italian War.

In the present day, the two sisters do not get along very well; Romano occasionally refuses to acknowledge her sister's existence, though Italy is more than eager to be around her older brother. As a child, Romano often felt jealous and inferior to Italy, due to the younger sister inheriting their grandmother's talent for art, while she could barely draw. She also felt that her sister took after their grandmother appearance even more. Despite this though, she is shown to have at least a subconscious care for her, becoming upset when her sister implies she does not admire her and sharing a bed with her. Usually when it is hinted that she cares about Italy though, something happens that angers her and she instantly reverts back
