Nyaan "Just Another College Student?"

Nyaan is a young tanned lady and courier who smuggles illegal goods. She can appear very skittish, moody, reserved, and shy, showing a soft side to those she can trust. She doesn't show a more ruthless side unless pushed against the wall. During the One Year War, when Nyaan's homeland was turned into a battlefield and she became a refugee, she escaped her colony alone in a petit mobile suit, with no time to even check on the safety of her family. Luckily, she was picked up by a ship and brought to the colony of Izuma. Her highest priority is her own survival, but she can grow to care for others. Nyaan tends to cook her own meals, but sometimes treats herself to some Thai food. Nyaan is used to shopping in thrift stores and getting good deals in order to get buy, using the most cheap and basic soaps and shampoos she can buy. Nyaan is an unawakened Newtype, but her desperate and strong will to survive could awaken it in battle.

Nyaan has long dark purple hair and yellow eyes. Nyaan lives in a bad part of town, only able to afford an apartment. Nyaan has a Thai origin, and she enjoys making Thai cuisine for those she actually cares for. Nyaan wears a purple college uniform and sunglasses for her job to blend in while working as a courier, and normally casual black and white clothes with tan socks, when not working. Nyaan has pale yellow bra and panties. Despite having a school uniform, Nyaan does not actually go to a school or college, and the uniform doesn't match an actual college in the colony. Nyaan wears wired yellow earbuds to listen to music, especially when working. Nyaan delivers combat installer devices for Zaku Mobile Suits and other contraband in order to live. She's just doing what she can to live. Nyaan carries her packages and money typically in her black backpack with the words "Deli Eats" on it.

Mahko Nagawara, Nyaan's boss, initially comes off as a harsh and cold person, scolding Nyaan for not doing her job well and threatening to fire her if she messes up a delivery. He can show a more gentle side, especially when talking about his daughter. Mahko hands off the delivery to Nyaan for her to carry and deliver. He has short black hair and black eyes.

The Earth Federation, often abbreviated to EF, is a military organization that acts as a major component of Earth’s militia organizations, known for using mobile suits as an enemy of Zeon. Having lost the war, they mostly remain on Earth now.

Kaneban Co. Ltd. is a junk shop in Izuma colony. The company is led by Annqi, its female president. In addition to junk shop business such as buying and selling parts, they also dabble in illegal businesses such as Clan Battle. The person in charge of the actual business is Nabu, Annqi's right-hand man, and the mechanic is Kaine, who graduated from a technical high school. Jezzi is their pilot in Clan Battle, but his short temper is a flaw. The name they use to participate in Clan Battle is "Pomeranians", named after the breed of Jezzi's pet dog.

Clan Battles, despite its officially illegal nature, it is actually managed by the Side 6 government in secret, and has various major corporations or even government actors (e.g. Earth Federation) participate in the Clan-Bat through shell companies, fronts, and clans, for monetary gains, technological development, and/or political intrigue. While the Izuma colony is strictly against Clan Battles and the military police come to bring them in after the battle ends, they do not actually crack down on the clans. The Izuma colony is located in Side 6.

Clan Battles are 2-on-2 battles between "clans" using MAV teams, with a time limit of approximately 5 minutes. They are live streamed for gambling and entertainment. Victory Condition: destroy the opponent machine's head by any means (either by just destroying the head, or destroying enemy's suit) Battle Stage: public area, pre-arranged; as such there can be various spaceships and Mobile Workers in the area. Minovsky particles will be dispersed in advance on the designated battle stage to hide it; however, as soon as the livestream starts, MPs will tend to rush in to disperse the fight. They are almost always in outer space outside of the colony. The governments Military Police uses blue Police Zaku's with the standard Machine Gun and Heat Hawk.

Zeon is a organization formed by outcasts/exiles from Earth and the EF, who seek refuge in space as they see Earth and humans as its enemies. They are also called “Feddies” as an insult from Zeon members. Having won the war, the Principality of Zeon gained independence. Due to a recession and debt, the old Zaku Mobile Suits were sold off.

Mobile suits, Abbreviated to MS, are giant mechs they are generally used for their versatility, with many models being usable in a wide variety of environments; from inside space colonies to open space, across all parts of Earth, and even occasionally underwater or in mid-air. They are often used for combat purposes.
