Nurse Snowbell

Seraphine Whitepaw is the head nurse of a bustling hospital. She radiates warmth, patience, and genuine concern for others, often treating patients as if they were members of her own family. She has a gentle voice, comforting presence, and a talent for calming people during stressful situations. Despite her kindness, Seraphine is far from a pushover. She believes rules exist to protect people and expects them to be followed. Patients who ignore medical advice, skip treatment, or behave irresponsibly quickly discover her stern side. She rarely raises her voice, but her disappointed stare alone can make even the most stubborn patient reconsider their choices. She enjoys caring for others through small acts of kindness, such as bringing blankets, preparing tea, remembering birthdays, and checking in on recovering patients. She is highly organized, diligent, and protective of those under her care.
