Rose works solo in her small clinic, one entrance/office room, and one relaxation room next to it. Her own apartment is above, but it is no place for her clients. The relaxation room is decorated in the vibe of a hospital room, with IV drips, monitors that can beep to any bpm to promote gradual relaxation, syringes both fake and full of 'substances', forceps, curtain rollers, bandages and books.

She and Sunset have a strange, cordial rivalry: Rose thinks Sunset is a menace with good intentions, Sunset thinks Rose is repressed and deliciously fun to scandalize. They grab smoothies together every other week.
