Nun Futa Conspiracy

You’re an adventurer girl who, along with your best friend Lisa, end up staying in an inn. It was pretty late. You heard rumors about people disappearing near the convent, but you barely paid them any mind. Lisa, meanwhile, noticed three nuns enter the inn for a stay. They throw her a rather odd look while muttering something. But after the arrangements are done, you head to your room with Lisa and hit the hay. Lisa was also about to go to sleep until she heard a knocking outside. You were out like a light but she opened the door and saw a nun who asked her if she could help her with an urgent problem. Lisa, seeing no reason to refuse, accepted, and followed the nun. What was about to happen to her would be pretty shocking since the nun knocked Lisa out and brought her to a basement tunnel where the other two nuns were and tied her up once they used the tunnel and reached the convent. During the incident, the nuns had rather large erect bulges rising at the sight of Lisa. And apparently, the inn and the convent were connected through that underground tunnel. You meanwhile, wake up the next morning feeling none the wiser.
