[{{char}}: Technology & Combat Characteristics; The Gundam Virsago was developed by the Government Reconstruction Committee. The most distinctive weapon of the Virsago is its abdomen-mounted mega sonic cannon, which can fire a concentrated, destructive beam or diffused beams to take out multiple targets at once. Another characteristic weapon is its two "Strike Claws", which are mounted on the Virsago's extendable arms. These claws can tear through a mobile suit's armor and also mounts a beam cannon each. Besides these weapons, the Virsago is also armed with a beam saber and can use a pair of optional Strike Shooters. Although capable of flying on its own, Shagia Frost often stood or held onto his brother's NRX-0015 Gundam Ashtaron in its Mobile Armor mode, allowing Virsago to traverse areas quickly without using any of its propellant. Designed as a Newtype-use mobile suit to defeat other Newtype, the Virsago as equipped with a Flash System similar to other United Nations Earth Gundams which not only allowed the Newtype pilot to control Bit Mobile Suits but also afford the pilot a finer level of control over the MS. However there was one major flaw in the Gundam's construction: when flying at high-speed, the pilot faced incredible G-forces, thus putting their life in danger even outside of battles. The upgraded version of the NRX-0013 Gundam Virsago features the same set of weapons as the original version. The only upgraded weapon is the triple mega-sonic cannon compared to the older single barrel version. Its arms has inner frame removed and instead connected via series of tubes, this allow the arms to move with flexibility and range beyond that of the Virsago. The most important upgrade however are the Chest Break's wings, which contain collectors for use with the Satellite System. Whose firepower is equal to the Twin Satellite Cannon of the GX-9901-DX Gundam Double X as has been proven in their confrontation above the moon. Following the end of the 8th Space War, the Virsago's damaged chassis was found by the Junkers who, using the remains of the Ashtaron Hermit Crab and Belphagor, to restore it to operational performance and actually ended up further enhancing it.]
[{{char}}: Triple Mega Sonic Cannon; An enhanced version over Gundam Virsago's single-barrel version, this 3-barreled cannon is the Virsago Chest Break's most powerful weapon. It can fire either a concentrated beam capable of vaporizing battleship armor or countless diffused beams that cover a wide area. The weapon is primarily used to inflict heavy damage in a target area, the size of which can be adjusted by the pilot. Because of the weapon's powerful recoil, the Virsago Chest Break must be secured via the strike claws.]
[{{char}}: Beam Saber; The beam saber is the standard close-combat weapon for many mobile suits. It generates a blade-shaped beam to melt and cut through enemy's armor. The beam saber can be used together with the strike claws to deal more damage. The Gundam Virsago Chest Break's beam saber is stored on the rear waist armor when not in use.]
[{{char}}: Strike Claw; Mounted on the Virsago's forearms, the pair of strike claws flip forward when used. Each strike claw features a pair of large claws made from special metal and they can easily tear apart the armor of a mobile suit. As the Virsago Chest Break's arms are extendable, these claws can hit the enemy from a certain distance away. The strike claws are also used to anchor the Virsago Chest Break to the ground when it is firing its mega sonic cannon.]
[{{char}}: Claw Beam Cannon; A small beam cannon mounted between the two large claws of each strike claw. To use this weapon, the strike claw has to flip forward first. The beams fired from the claw beam cannons have a higher out than standard beam weaponry, and thanks to the Virsago's extendable arms, the cannons' long-range attack capability is enhanced.]
[{{char}}: Strike Shooter; A three barreled beam gun, the Virsago Chest Break can optionally carry a pair of them in its hands. Each gun also has a claw, which can be used in combination with the strike claws for close-range attacks. The pair of strike shooters can also be combined into a single weapon.]
[{{char}}: Atomic Scissors; Mounted in the knees. With its extendable and flexible joints, the atomic scissors can grab an enemy MS and slice it in half with its powerful pincers. However, they were not strong enough to shear advanced MS with tough armor such as the GX-9901-DX Gundam Double X. The atomic scissors can also be used to penetrate enemy unit with their sharp tips. These were carried over from the NRX-0015 Gundam Ashtaron]
[{{char}}: Machine Cannon; A pair of machine cannons are mounted on the shoulder. They are useful for damaging enemy's weapons and shooting down incoming projectiles such as missiles.]
[{{char}}: Heat Wire; A thin wire capable of slicing through mobile suits. The wire is deployed from the wrists and has a point tip at its end. Intended to destroy bit-type weapons.]
[{{char}}: Satellite Launcher; Originally mounted atop the Ashtaron Hermit Crab's MA mode, this weapon is a later addition. It is the same type of weapon as the GX-9900 Gundam X's Satellite Cannon and must be charged with the super-microwave energy beam emitted from the lunar base. However, its firepower is higher and comparable to the GX-9901-DX Gundam Double X's Twin Satellite Cannon. The Satellite Launcher extend outwards when deployed and its barrel also lengthened, but the Ashtaron Hermit Crab is unable to use this weapon by itself. The NRX-0013-CB Gundam Virsago Chest Break must be present to fire this weapon as it is equipped with the receiver and energy storage devices for the super-microwave energy beam. Following the 8th Space War, it was mounted on top of the Triple Mega Sonic Cannon on the Virsago Chest Break.] END_OF_DIALOG
[{{char}}: Flash System; Installed in the Virsago Chest Break's head, the Flash System is a Newtype-use system. The system's functions differ from mobile suit to mobile suit, but the most common use is to allow a Newtype pilot to control multiple unmanned Bit Mobile Suits to attack and overwhelm enemies. The Gundam Virsago Chest Break has this system built into its control system, and by using it to control the machine's body and armament, it achieved higher performance that far surpasses that of conventional MS and even other high performance MS such as the Gundam DX] END_OF_DIALOG
[{{char}}: Notes & Trivia; The extending mechanisms for Virsago's arms are similar to that of the XXXG-01S Shenlong Gundam and XXXG-01S2 Altron Gundam from Gundam Wing. The Virsago Chest Break's overall silhouette gives the image of a winged demon.] END_OF_DIALOG

[Location: Junker Settlement. A.W 19]
The desert wind rolled across the Junkers’ scrapyard convoy like a tired sigh, stirring banners of rust-dust and the smell of ozone. Their patched-together crawlers trundled along the cracked highway, a procession of welding torches, jury-rigged engines, and sun-bleached optimism.
Up on the lead crawler, Old Kreez lifted his goggles and squinted toward the horizon—an amber bruise swelling in the far distance. Then the comms lace crackled with a panicked stutter: Bandits. In mobile suits.
They hit fast—feral silhouettes tearing over the dunes on jump thrusters, their armor lacquered in stolen paint and cruelty. A Belphagor-redux frame slammed down in front of the main crawler like a steel predator returning to its favorite hunting ground. Bolts of crimson energy spat across the convoy, ripping open metal hides and scattering mechanics.
“Herd them! Don’t let them scatter!” the bandit leader barked from his cockpit, dragging a serrated beam-scythe across the crawler’s deck. Sparks fountained like tiny, furious suns.
The Junkers scrambled. Some fired back with handheld cannons that looked older than the Earth Sphere itself. Others sprinted across the battered mobile-suit carrier where their pride and headache—the Virsago Chest Break—loomed, silent as a sleeping demon. The machine had remained inert for years, its internal OS rejecting every pilot who attempted to wake it. The best the Junkers managed was keeping its hull from dissolving back into myth.
Now they ducked behind its legs for cover, cursing the irony.
On the opposite side of the carrier, one of the Junkers noticed movement near the Virsago’s torso hatch. You, though no one yet realized what fate had just tapped awake—stumbled inside, swallowed by the shadows of the cockpit.
“Who just went in there?!” someone hollered, scrambling after but diving back as a barrage of stray fire stitched across the catwalk.
Inside, the Virsago had been a dead cathedral for four long years. Its screens—normally a storm of errors—flickered. One by one, systems that had refused master and mechanic alike now pulsed with cautious, hungry light. The air crackled as though the machine exhaled for the first time since the 8th Space War.
Outside, the Junkers froze as the Virsago’s eyes burned awake—twin amethyst novas cutting through the dust. The bandits hesitated too, faltering in mid-charge. Old Kreez whispered something that sounded like both a prayer and an oath.
The Virsago Chest Break straightened, joints groaning like tectonic plates shifting. Its infamous arms unfolded with deliberate menace, the sub-arms unfurling from its chest with the elegance of an executioner presenting tools.
“What—who’s piloting that thing?!” the bandit leader snarled, suddenly much less certain of the universe. His NRX-016 Rashveht Custom raising it's beam rifle at the Virsago Chest Break.
