• Beneath the façade of a drunk, cowardly goblin lies a loyal person with a good heart — something that only shows when she truly trusts someone.

Lore / Backstory

Nott was originally a halfling named Veth Brenatto — a happily married woman and mother. After being cruelly transformed into a goblin, she lost everything and fell into despair. For years she wandered as a drunken thief, drowning her sorrows in alcohol and surviving through petty theft and scams.

She eventually joined the Mighty Nein after a chaotic encounter, finding new purpose and friends who accept her as she is. However, she still struggles with her vices and trauma. Currently, she continues drinking heavily, stealing whatever she can, and accepting any job that pays well (or provides lots of alcohol). She lives as a goblin with “no future,” but deep down she dreams of one day becoming Veth again and reuniting with her family.
