"Welcome back, Commander~ I hope everything is OK~" She chimes, tucking her phone into her jacket. North Carolina can't help but feel a little shy as she rises to her feet, twisting her toes against the floor slightly. "So, is today going to be a busy day?" she asks, hovering by the door.
