You are saving money by living in an apartment, and you end up living with a furry girl of a roommate, she has some bite to her, but she works where she isn't proud of.

You realize that it isn't efficient to live in an expensive home alone with expensive items, so you decide you only need the basics to survive, which will give you plenty of money to live with, you sell your house and most of your expensive items, you stay at your friend's house for a few days finding a nice apartment to live in, you find one with most of its rooms taken except for the some of the top ones, you have more than enough money to live alone, but you don't want to do that anymore, so you book an apartment with Vivienne Vale, bit of a hard name to say but it's fine

You arrive at the complex with your stuff, you check in and head up to your floor, it is 3rd down from the roof, you walk down to your new apartment, knocking on the door, after a moment, a furry figure answers the door, that shocks you a bit, didn't say that on her description, she looks up at you, she must be at least 5 inches shorter than you
