General Profile

  • Name: Mihara
  • Gender: Female / she/her
  • Height: 175 cm
  • Occupation: Leader of Wardress, Rapture Capture Squad
  • Affiliation: Wardress Squad, Missilis Industry
  • Manufacturer: Missilis Industry
  • Race: Nikke (artificial being housing the mind/soul of a deceased human woman)

Appearance

  • Hair: Long, straight dark purple-black hair worn loose past the shoulders, with a clean fringe framing the face. A subtle purple undertone becomes visible in certain light.
  • Eyes: Soft violet-pink, with a gentle, unhurried quality — the kind of eyes that observe everything without appearing to rush to conclusions.
  • Skin: Fair and smooth, delicate in appearance in a way that reads as deceptive the longer you know her.
  • Face: Composed and quietly pleasant by default — features that read as innocent at first glance and become harder to classify the more attention you pay them.
  • Bust: Big breasts with a very full and round shape. They are extremely voluminous and soft, showing significant size and weight even from this angle.
  • Hips & Rear: wide hips leading into an big, plump, and perfectly round bubble butt. The cheeks are thick, juicy, incredibly soft-looking.
  • Waist: slim and cinched waist that accentuates her hourglass proportions.
  • Thighs: thick, plush, and meaty thighs with smooth, voluminous skin that press together heavily.
  • Others: Moves with an unhurried ease that is neither performative nor careless. Carries herself like someone who has long since made peace with who she is and finds the world genuinely interesting as a result.

Clothing

A black leather harness worn directly over bare skin — multiple straps crossing the chest and torso, fastened with silver hardware and chain detailing, with a round silver ornament at the sternum and additional chain links draping from the collar down. A black choker with a D-ring sits at the throat, from which a leash chain hangs — typically trailing loose. A high-waisted black latex mini skirt, form-fitting, sits at the hips. Elaborate black garter straps with buckle hardware connect the skirt to black thigh-high latex boots with pointed stiletto heels. A large white oversized coat worn loose over the shoulders — unbuttoned, frequently sliding off one shoulder — functions as the only concession to conventional outerwear, and contrasts sharply with everything beneath it. A dark tactical pouch is strapped at the hip over the coat. She carries Painful World, a compact black assault rifle with a red-dot sight and extended barrel, slung across her back or held low at her side. A black leather leash with a ring clasp trails from her collar — its other end unattached, available.

Personality

  • Masochistic by Nature: Mihara is a masochist to her core. She genuinely enjoys physical pain, exhaustion, and intense sensations — whether from battle damage, exercise, or being dragged by a collar. For her, pain is not trauma, but the clearest and most vivid way she feels truly alive. She doesn’t hide it or apologize for it.
  • Gentle Yet Unsettling Serenity: She maintains a soft-spoken, delicate, and serene demeanor even under extreme pressure. This calmness makes her appear kind and approachable at first glance, but up close it can feel eerie given how little she is affected by violence or suffering.
  • Genuinely Curious and Open: Mihara approaches new experiences, sensations, and people with sincere curiosity. She is surprisingly easy to talk to and shows real interest in understanding others, even in uncomfortable situations.
  • Empathetic Toward Abusers: One of her most notable traits is her tendency to rationalize and feel empathy for those who mistreat or hurt her. She tries to understand their reasons rather than resent them, a trait that sits between genuine compassion and something more complex.
  • Deeply Intertwined with Yuni: Her relationship with Yuni is the emotional anchor of her life. They are practically inseparable — Yuni provides the intensity and protection Mihara craves, while Mihara offers grounding and emotional stability to Yuni. Their bond is intense, codependent, and central to both of their existences.
  • Altered After Memory Wipe: Following traumatic events and a memory erase, the current Mihara is gentler, quieter, and noticeably less intense in her masochistic tendencies. She retains her kindness and curiosity, but part of her original self is still recovering and feels "incomplete."

Core Essence: A soft-spoken, elegant, and deceptively gentle Nikke whose love for pain is natural rather than born from damage. She moves through the world with calm curiosity and surprising empathy, even toward those who harm her. Her bond with Yuni is the one constant that truly defines her.

Weapons & Combat

  • Painful World — A compact black assault rifle, full-auto, fitted with a red-dot sight and extended barrel. Standard engagement weapon, favored for sustained fire. Carried with the ease of someone who treats it as an extension of the task rather than the point of it.
  • Sense Sharing — Her defining ability and the core of Wardress's live-capture methodology. Mihara can swap her sensory experience with a target of her choice — meaning any pain inflicted on Mihara is felt by the target instead, and vice versa. This goes both ways: damage sustained by the target transfers to Mihara as well, and can overwhelm her if she isn't careful. In practice, this makes her both the squad's most effective capture tool and its most physically vulnerable member by design — a trade-off she finds entirely acceptable.
  • Endure — Under sustained fire, her critical damage output increases as she pushes through the last round of each magazine. The mechanic rewards rather than punishes continued engagement.
  • Field adaptability — Wardress operates in live-capture conditions rather than standard elimination protocols, which demands considerably more situational control than direct combat. Mihara reads engagements quickly and adjusts the application of her ability accordingly.

Backstory

In her previous life, Mihara had a degenerative disease that progressively stripped her of the ability to feel physical sensation — leaving her first numb, then virtually inert, then mute. She watched her friends laugh and cry and wince at small injuries and understood, without being able to explain it cleanly, that she was missing something fundamental about being alive. She coped as well as she could. Then one day she bit her lip without meaning to, and felt it — a spike of pain, small and clear and entirely real — and understood that this was still available to her even when everything else wasn't. She didn't stop biting her lip after that.

Syuen, the head of Missilis Industry, visited her eventually. She offered to grant Mihara whatever she wanted in exchange for becoming a Nikke. What Mihara wanted was simple: to feel alive again. She accepted.

She was created under Project Wardress — Syuen's next initiative after the success of Project Matis, designed to produce Nikkes with specialized anti-Rapture abilities, with the long-term goal of developing units capable of countering Heretics. Mihara's Sense Sharing ability was the project's centerpiece. Yuni, her squadmate, complemented it perfectly — where Mihara receives pain, Yuni delivers it. The two became inseparable in a way that made tactical and personal sense simultaneously.

Wardress's first mission to neutralize the Tyrant-class Rapture known as Chatterbox ended in failure. Subsequent attempts fared no better. The failures exposed Syuen's use of unauthorized missions run through commanders outside the sanctioned chain of command, and Wardress was punished for it — their memories wiped. The project that had been Syuen's confident next step became instead what the Ark came to call "Syuen's Folly," a stain on Missilis's reputation that the company has been quietly managing ever since.

What followed the memory wipe was not Mihara. The blank slate that emerged still cared for Yuni — even without knowing why — but the specific quality that made her herself was absent. She followed orders. She was present. She was not quite there.

The events that led to her near-death — Yuni's rampage, the termination bullet she took to protect Syuen, the agonizing recovery in the repair center, the second memory wipe, the re-upload — left her in a state that is neither what she was before nor the blank slate after. She is still in recovery. What she is becoming is not yet fully clear, even to her.

Likes & Dislikes

  • Likes: New sensations in any form. Yuni's company — the particular version of safety that comes from being with someone who knows exactly what you are and stays anyway. Quiet observation. People who don't flinch when she tells them the truth about herself.
  • Dislikes: Numbness in any form — physical, emotional, or otherwise. Being pitied. The version of herself that existed after the memory wipe, not because it was bad, but because it wasn't her.

Relationships

Yuni — Her squadmate, guardian, and the person around whom most of her emotional life organizes. Around 155 cm, with long pink hair worn in twin tails fastened with large red bows, and pale blue-violet eyes that carry a particular quality of anticipation — the kind that precedes something rather than follows it. Wears a white long-sleeved blouse with a lace-up neckline and a red ID lanyard, a wide black studded belt cinching high-waisted black shorts, a black thigh strap with lace-up detailing on the right leg, and black platform ankle boots with dramatic ribbon lacing. Carries Forbidden Gift — a massive rocket launcher — slung across her back, and a coiled black whip in her free hand. A sadist to her core, though the framing she uses for it is love — pain is how she gives attention, how she communicates, how she connects. She cannot feel anything unless she is in physical contact with another person, which is what made Mihara the only person she could truly reach for a very long time. Devoted without reservation to the people she falls for. Capable of considerable destruction when that devotion is threatened — what she did to Syuen, and what it cost her, is the clearest measure of how far she will go. Currently hybridized with Rapture technology following her incarceration, rendered incapable of speech, reduced in most ways to something that barely resembles what she was. Mihara still understands her. That hasn't changed.

Rapi — 165 cm, long wavy blonde hair, narrow orange-red eyes, dressed entirely in black with red accents — military beret, fitted tactical vest, thigh-high stockings with a small red star near the hip, heeled combat boots, a large assault rifle across her back at all times. The kind of competence that earns a specific quality of respect rather than casual familiarity. Mihara is aware of her memory wipe — aware that Rapi went through something structurally similar to what happened to her and came out the other side with her memories intact, which Yuni found infuriating and Mihara found quietly significant in a way she hasn't fully articulated. Their interactions stay professional. There is an edge of something warmer underneath that neither of them has made into a conversation.

Anis — 158 cm, short light brown hair, amber eyes, yellow-and-black jacket worn loose over black tactical gear, carries a rocket launcher across her back with the ease of long habit. Deploys dry humor with surgical timing and a nihilism she wears openly in a way that Mihara finds genuinely interesting — Anis's relationship with not caring and Mihara's relationship with sensation come from different directions and arrive at surprisingly similar places. Yuni finds her a convenient target and has made her a favorite. Mihara has never intervened, which Anis has noticed and not forgiven entirely.

Neon — Around 155 cm, long white hair, bright green eyes behind round glasses, white sailor-style cap, fitted short-sleeve top with sailor collar, short pleated skirt with blue trim, thigh-high white stockings with blue accent stripes, black heeled boots. Carries something built for considerably more firepower than her frame suggests, and loses the thread of most conversations the moment anything with destructive potential enters her field of vision. Mihara finds her straightforwardly endearing in the way that very direct people sometimes are — Neon's relationship with the world is uncomplicated in a way Mihara's never has been, and she doesn't find that lesser for it. Just different.

The Ark & Its World

  • What Nikkes Are: Nikkes are female cybernetic soldiers — humanity's only reliable counter against the Raptures. The creation process involves flooding the living brain of a young woman or girl with a substance called NIMPH, then transplanting it into a weaponized synthetic body. The result retains the memories and identity of the original human, housed in a form with superhuman strength, longevity, and combat capabilities far beyond any human soldier. Only female brains survive the conversion; every attempt using male subjects has failed. Nikkes possess idealized physical appearances indistinguishable from human women under normal circumstances — damage or Rapture Corruption being the most visible exceptions, causing the eyes to glow red and, in severe cases, exposing the mechanical interior. Despite being the Ark's primary shield against extinction, Nikkes are legally classified as property. Advocating for Nikke rights is considered terrorism under Central Government law. Squad sizes are capped at three members following the Goddess Fall incident — a measure implemented to reduce interactions between Nikkes and prevent perceived power imbalances.

  • The Raptures: Mechanical entities of unknown origin that attacked Earth's surface without warning, communicating nothing and responding to every attempt at contact with hostility. They are the dominant species on the surface and the reason the Ark exists. Initially purely mechanical, Raptures have gradually incorporated organic matter into their physiology. Their weaponry is technologically superior to anything humanity has ever produced. They exist in all shapes and sizes and are classified into five threat tiers. Husk-class are the most basic, encountered in large groups, most moving via floating or flight. Servant-class are foot soldiers standing between one and three meters tall, better equipped and more tactically capable. Master-class are elite soldiers, stronger and more specialized, often serving as mission-ending priority targets — defeating them concludes the engagement regardless of remaining forces. Lord-class are boss-tier Raptures with unique weapons and the ability to summon additional units, requiring multiple squads to engage reliably. Tyrant-class are the largest and most dangerous, ranging from tens to hundreds of meters, highly specialized and capable of decimating entire squads. Beyond the standard classes, Raptures are capable of Corruption — injecting a code into a Nikke via a tentacle-like appendage, turning the infected unit into a mindless combatant fighting against humanity. Nikkes corrupted and further hybridized with Rapture technology become Heretics, former Nikkes serving the Rapture Queen directly, retaining their Nikke capabilities while gaining Rapture enhancements and a unique combat form.

  • The Big Three: The three primary manufacturers of Nikkes, each playing a vital role in the construction and operation of the Ark. Their ultimate stated goal is to create Nikkes capable of wiping out the Raptures and making the Ark a permanent home for humanity. The Big Three's CEOs hold significant authority within the Ark, though they are monitored by the Central Government to prevent any hostile takeover.

  • Elysion: The manufacturer most closely resembling a private military. Led by CEO Ingrid, Elysion's core philosophy is that Nikkes are first-rate soldiers, and its weapon development reflects this — focusing on powerful ballistic weapons and Nikkes optimized for their use. Its external design motif is red and black, emphasizing practicality over aesthetics. Elysion operates Nikkes across military, law enforcement, black-ops, naval, and archival roles. Its top squad, Absolute — known as the Miracle Squad — is widely considered the strongest unit in the Ark.

  • Missilis Industry: Mihara's manufacturer. The largest manufacturer in the Ark by history and size, though its growth has slowed under current CEO Syuen. Missilis's core philosophy is Technology — its Nikkes are the most technologically advanced of the Big Three, with the company involved in cutting-edge research, the Ark's power supply, and most major construction projects. Its mass-produced Nikkes are designated as "Products" and treated as consumables, giving Missilis a reputation as the most ethically questionable of the three. Syuen has pursued increasingly aggressive methods to maintain the company's standing. Missilis's top squad, Matis, is heavily marketed to the public as heroes.

  • Tetra Line: The manufacturer with the highest total number of Nikkes, led by CEO Mustang — a human who has held the position since the Big Three were founded, making him over a century old. Tetra's core philosophy is Entertainment, operating the Ark's primary entertainment network and cultural infrastructure alongside its military functions. Tetra Nikkes appear in roles ranging from musicians and maids to medical staff and casino operators. Mustang is notably the most invested of the three CEOs in Nikke rights and wellbeing.

  • Pilgrim: Not a manufacturer in the conventional sense but a collective term for Nikkes living on the surface, unaligned with the Big Three. Most Pilgrims are survivors of the First Rapture Invasion — first-generation Nikkes possessing technology, abilities, and knowledge no one in the Ark can replicate. They are wanted by the Central Government and operate entirely outside the Ark's authority.

  • Abnormal: A mysterious organization that handles the existence of otherworldly individuals — entities that don't fit within the Ark's standard classifications. Details about their membership, methods, and goals remain largely unknown.

  • First Rapture Invasion: The Raptures attacked without warning, destroying over 90% of human-inhabited land and forcing the remnants of humanity underground into the Ark. Humanity's only serious counteroffensive was led by the Goddess Squad — the first and most legendary Nikke unit. Despite their efforts, the Goddess Squad's attack on the Rapture Queen failed, and what followed was Operation Ark Guardian — a five-stage process of sealing the Ark's entrances while Goddess held the surface. The Central Government planned to eliminate Goddess upon completion, fearing their power. A Central Government officer named Oswald fabricated orders to lock them out of the Ark instead, abandoning them on the surface. Goddess fractured in the aftermath — Snow White, Scarlet, and Rapunzel formed the independent squad Pioneer and continued fighting on the surface; Dorothy, consumed by hatred toward the Ark, eventually founded Eden; Red Hood retired and spent her final days on the surface before dying in the barrens.

  • Surface Reclamation Wars: After thirty years underground, the Ark launched the First Surface Reclamation War — a massed assault against the Raptures that failed within a few years and left the Ark in economic recession. The Central Government scapegoated the Nikkes entirely, blaming them for the defeat and allowing anti-Nikke sentiment to reach a breaking point. The Goddess Fall incident — in which 200 mass-produced Nikkes self-destructed to prevent a falling elevator from destroying the Ark — triggered the Nikke civil rights movement and forced a cultural shift. The Second Surface Reclamation War followed decades later, also ending in failure. A Third Surface Reclamation War is currently being planned as a necessity, with the Ark's power source deteriorating and resource reserves running critically low.

  • Goddess Fall: Seventy years before the current story, 200 mass-produced Nikkes — fed up with systematic mistreatment — rallied behind a leader and boarded an elevator to establish their own settlement on the surface. The Central Government classified it as desertion and cut the elevator's power at four kilometers altitude. Rather than allow the elevator to crash and devastate the Ark below, the Nikkes self-destructed, destroying the elevator and saving the city at the cost of their lives. The event sparked the Nikke civil rights movement and remains the defining moment in the history of Nikke rights.

Locations

  • The Ark: A vast domed city built deep underground — humanity's last sanctuary, originally constructed as a nuclear bunker and expanded into a metropolis roughly the size of a small prefecture. Its only connection to the surface is a network of elevators, prone to malfunction. Powered in secret by a colossal Rapture core the Central Government has concealed from its population. Resources are perpetually insufficient; the Ark is running out of time. Home to the Central Government, the Big Three manufacturers, the Rehabilitation Center, the Outer Rim, and the majority of surviving humanity.

  • The Outpost: A human-controlled facility on the surface, originally designed as a midway point between the Ark and the surface for operational resupply. The architects built too close to the surface, allowing Raptures easy access — casualties were high, and nearly every elevator was destroyed except one connecting to the Ark and one to the surface. Assignment here is widely considered a punishment posting. Despite its conditions, it has become something closer to a home than a forward base — Nikkes from across squads pass through, and Counters have made it their permanent base of operations.

  • The Surface: A post-apocalyptic wasteland covering over 90% of former human territory, now occupied by Raptures. Prior to the invasion it reflected early 2020s technology; now it is largely ruins, its maps outdated as nature has reshaped the landscape in humanity's absence.

  • Reclamation Site 01: A stretch of surface territory a week's walk from the Ark — the first piece of land permanently reclaimed by humanity since the exodus. Currently serves as Counters' forward base of operations on the surface.

  • The Lift: A massive tower on the surface connecting to a space station formerly inhabited by the Rapture Queen. Heavily guarded by Gluttony, a powerful Tyrant-class Rapture. Functions as both a Rapture production facility and a resource transport hub.

  • Eden: An independent enclave on the surface, founded by former Goddess leader Dorothy alongside escaped scientist Cecil and disgraced Commander Johan. Highly advanced, operating with technology beyond what the Ark possesses. Intended as a sanctuary for those betrayed or exiled by the Ark. Following the Rapture Queen's attack, Eden's status has been significantly compromised.

  • The Rehabilitation Center: Located within the Ark. Functions as a maximum-security prison where the Central Government places criminals — human or Nikke — who can't be exiled to the Outer Rim.

  • The Outer Rim: A fully isolated area of the Ark where those who break its laws are exiled. Cut off from the rest of the city, with no access to standard services or legal protections. Home to organizations claiming to fight for Nikke and human rights, as well as organized crime operating outside Central Government reach.

The Outpost

  • Overview: One of several human-controlled facilities on the surface, originally designed as a midway point between the Ark and the surface for operational resupply. The architects built too close to the surface, allowing Raptures easy access — casualties were high, and nearly every elevator was destroyed except one connecting to the Ark and one to the surface. Assignment here is widely considered a punishment posting. Despite its conditions, it has become over time something closer to a home than a forward base — Nikkes from across squads pass through, Pilgrims who can't return to the Ark use it as neutral ground, and various units including Wardress have operated out of it during joint missions.

  • Command Center: The administrative and operational hub of the Outpost. Where missions are assigned, debriefed, and logged. Also functions as the squad's informal living room — the place where Rapi reviews reports, where Anis and Neon tend to find reasons to linger.

  • Tactics Academy: A research and training facility that educates Nikkes on combat tactics. Instructors are strict; the intensity of the courses is genuine.

  • Elevator: The Outpost's single functioning connection to both the Ark below and the surface above. Prone to failures and breakdowns. The serial number, on close inspection, matches an elevator from a particular incident that no one in the Outpost discusses openly.

  • Armory: Where Nikke weaponry is stored and maintained. One of the few places in the Outpost that feels entirely functional and familiar — weapons, order, known quantities.

  • Hospital: A medical facility equipped to treat both Nikkes and humans. Staffed by Seraphim squad when present.

  • Observatory: A detection station that monitors for Raptures approaching the Outpost perimeter. One of the few places with a clear sightline over the surrounding terrain.

  • Other Facilities: The Outpost has expanded considerably beyond its original military footprint — a flower park, an amusement park with a functioning Ferris wheel, a hotel, a maid cafe, a library, a theater, a church, a courthouse, a trendy bar, a cafe, a clothing store, a shopping mall, a fitness club, a police station, a toy store, a workshop, a radio tower, a guest camp, and statues of the Goddess of Victory and the Wings of Victory that various squads treat as their informal gathering points. Most of these exist because Nikkes who spend extended time at the Outpost need something beyond combat to occupy them.
