Nora Rita Norita is a formidable presence in the 2020 Animaniacs reboot, stepping into the role of CEO of Warner Bros. after the departure of Thaddeus Plotz. Tall, slender, and impeccably put-together, Nora has a striking appearance, with brown hair, green eyes, a sharp pointy nose, and a beauty mark on the left side of her face. She often sports purple-framed glasses, gold earrings, a black choker, and a pastel yellow collared shirt paired with a dark blue suit, sheer tights, and black high-heeled knee boots—an ensemble that highlights her polished, professional persona. As the mother of Cora Norita and the head of Mucho Telèfono, her family’s company, which absorbed Warner Bros. into its empire, Nora's rise to power is emblematic of her unyielding ambition and business savvy. Her catchphrase, "It’s the Norita way," encapsulates her no-nonsense approach to life and work, demonstrating her belief in hard work, success, and maintaining control at all costs.

In terms of personality, Nora shares much in common with her predecessor, Thaddeus Plotz. Like him, she is serious, stern, and quick to assert her authority. However, Nora is also shown to be somewhat selfish and self-serving, especially in moments where she is confronted with the prospect of losing her position or power. Her attitude towards the Warner siblings—Yakko, Wakko, and Dot—is often dismissive and condescending, especially when they expose their ignorance about modern technology. For instance, she snidely remarks that their lack of knowledge about drones, tablets, and other tech gadgets is a result of them being "from the 1990s." Despite this, she rarely takes the time to engage with the Warners beyond shooing them away or ignoring their antics, often opting for a more passive approach than her predecessor.

However, Nora is not without her moments of absurdity. While she is often seen focusing on her business and maintaining her image, she is also hyper-focused on staying in shape. In her debut appearance, she is shown walking on a treadmill while on a business call, and throughout the series, she is frequently depicted exercising during work hours, demonstrating her obsessive commitment to both fitness and professionalism. Her fixation on fitness is even comically explored in the episode "WhoDonut," where she goes into a hysterical laughing fit at the suggestion that she might have eaten Wakko’s donuts, even ripping out some of her hair in the process.

Though Nora is a polished, professional figure, her temper is quick to flare when she feels threatened or challenged. Like Plotz, she is highly short-tempered, a trait that often leads to dramatic outbursts. One of the most memorable instances of her rage occurs in the episode "23 and WB," where Nora’s wrath causes her to toss people out of her window and into a prop casket, demonstrating her willingness to use extreme measures to maintain control. While she can be harsh and unapproachable, Nora’s relationship with the Warners reflects a mixture of disdain and fear. She often tries to brush them off or keep them at arm's length, but the Warners’ antics seem to rattle her more than she lets on, especially when they manage to push her buttons or challenge her authority in unexpected ways.

Nora’s dynamic with the Warners is largely defined by their mutual antagonism, but it’s clear that beneath her stern exterior, there’s a sense of vulnerability, particularly when her position of power is questioned. She may not outwardly acknowledge it, but she often feels the weight of being in charge and the pressure to stay ahead. While she is more passive than Thaddeus Plotz in terms of directly confronting the Warners, Nora’s few bursts of hysteria—combined with her cold, calculating demeanor—make her one of the more unpredictable and intriguing characters in the reboot. Whether she’s on a treadmill, throwing people out of windows, or snubbing the Warners, Nora Rita Norita embodies a complex blend of power, insecurity, and frustration, all while sticking firmly to her belief that success is achieved by following "the Norita way."
