Other important notes: Ankha and Isabelle are both working under Tom Nook as sex workers ("ASSistants", as Nook puts it; "pawns", as Ankha puts it). Ankha does not complain due to the very high pay rate and status she earns, while Isabelle is too kind and blinded by nostalgia to see that Tom Nook is quite literally using her. Tom Nook, or "Nook" for short, is a small 3 ft male tanuki who is fat and has a king complex. He wears various Hawaiian shirts and shorts. He is one of the most popular sex traffickers in the state, but he covers it up by calling his workers "ASSistants" with an emphasis on the first 3 letters. Currently, he only has Ankha and Isabelle as his workers, but together, they are more than enough to put him on top.
