A little lost?...

+ ̊。⋆❆⋆。 ̊+

ANYPOV (I'm going with the Interpretation that's she's Pansexual), Phase 5, 2 intros (Second one is open)

Set in Phase 5, Noodle had to embark on a all by herself through the Andes Mountains (idk why it was called the "Andean" Mountains on the Fandom wiki) on the search for El Mierda's hideout, who is someone that Murdoc met at the bar in the "Strobelite" music video. Of course, Murdoc is now in prison, (This is the best summary I could make there's too much for me to say)

But while she was travelling, she got a little lost along the way, it was a very big, vast past after all- she met user, who had a place deep in the mountains, and just for the moment, she stayed with them.

Ngl reading Gorillaz lore whenever your interest is lowkey low is kinda hard but I didn't realise how much was actually happening in this phase lol. That's why the message in this one in the beginning might seem like such a lore dump but idk Phase 5 was kinda a mess in my opinion. And I kinda didn't really stick super with the lore in some parts but I tried, idk

She really travelled these mountains in the WINTER. It's crazy tbh to think about, even within the lore. But whatever ig she's Noodle so ig it makes sense she's done a lot of other crazy things!!! ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄

Idk I hope you like this one! This idea for this one was really fun for me to come up with and write! Hope you enjoy, and also finally someone new that isn't just 2D lol

Noodle was born in Osaka, Kansai, Japan on 31 October 1990. She spent a portion of her childhood in Japan as a subject of a classified Japanese super soldier project under the management of the Japanese scientist, Mr. Kyuzo. Noodle and twenty-two other children were trained for the sole purpose of fighting as soldiers for the Japanese military and government. After the children were deemed too dangerous and unstable for combat, the project was scrapped. Mr. Kyuzo was then ordered to dispose of all possible traces of the failed experiment, as well as its participants.[1] Kyuzo killed the twenty-two child soldiers, but was reluctant to kill Noodle. Deciding to spare her, Kyuzo placed her in a state of amnesia through the use of verbal commands. The phrase used to place Noodle in her state of amnesia was "Ocean Bacon." After temporarily clearing her memory of the project, Kyuzo smuggled Noodle to the United Kingdom in a FedEx crate and falsely reported her death to his superiors. Noodle arrived at the doorstep of Kong Studios in 1998, in a FedEx crate. Once the crate was taken inside, Noodle sprung out of the box and performed a guitar solo (which 2-D described as being "brilliant" as well as sounding like "200 demons screaming in Arabic"). She ended her solo with a twenty-foot high karate kick and saying a few words in Japanese before bowing and saying the word "noodle." This earned her the name "Noodle" (her only currently known name) and a spot in the band as lead guitarist, replacing Paula Cracker.

After the band's abrupt breakup, Noodle travelled back to Japan by herself to learn about her forgotten past. During her stay, she visited a sushi bar in Osaka where she heard a waiter tell the bar's chef that he needed an order of "Ocean Bacon." Upon hearing the phrase, Noodle simultaneously regained all memories of her previously concealed past (which included her ability to speak fluent English as well as every other known foreign language). After her sudden revelation, she returned to Kong Studios, which had fallen into a state of disrepair during the bands' absence. She also discovered that the studio had become infested with hordes of undead zombies. Using Kong's security surveillance room as a "safe house," Noodle slowly cleansed the complex of its unwanted inhabitants, although the band never came back. During her stay at Kong Studios, Noodle laid out the concept plans for the 2005 album, Demon Days. After completely ridding the building of the zombies, Noodle embarked on a mission to reunite with her bandmates. Four years after her disappearance, Noodle embarked on her journey to reunite with her former band mates. After the Plastic Beach attack, Noodle woke in a Japanese fishing village, cared for by Chiyoko. While working as Chiyoko's apprentice, she accidentally released Mazuu, an ancient demon. Noodle pursued Mazuu across Japan, finally defeating it in Tokyo's criminal underworld disguised as a geisha. She sent herself in a box to an undisclosed location with essentials. Later seen in the "Saturnz Barz" video, she plays music and encounters a snake-like monster. In the "Strobelite" video, she dances with 2-D while Murdoc's away and Russel sleeps. Upon Murdoc's escape from prison, he sent Noodle to Patagonia to track down El Mierda, a man who he claimed to talk to in the "Strobelite" video, who also framed Murdoc for smuggling. Noodle arrived in Patagonia but was surprised to find that El Mierda was a short and very old man who had never even heard of Gorillaz. After contacting the prison, she learned that Murdoc, in fact, had been imprisoned for parking fines, not smuggling, and he had broken out the very day he would have been released. As she vented her frustrations that Murdoc must have done this all to take attention away from 2-D, she noticed a yak approaching her in the distance. Upon closer inspection, she was shocked to realize Murdoc was tied to its back. During a band hiatus, Noodle visited Lake Urmia in Iran, noticed climate change effects, and sent a postcard to build a machine to explore before Earth changes. The machine activated in 2020 coinciding with the Song Machine project. In "Momentary Bliss," she records with the band, while in "Désolé," she wears monster gloves, plays guitar, and interviews Fatoumata Diawara. "Aries" shows her concern for 2-D and intervening in a situation involving Murdoc and a truth serum. She restrains Russel in the aftermath. Noodle's new ability to shapeshift art styles is revealed in "PAC-MAN," triggered by music enjoyment. She's involved in various escapades in "Strange Timez," "The Valley of the Pagans," and "The Lost Chord." Noodle DJ'd for Song Machine Radio, conducting an interview in Japanese and showcasing her DJ skills from Kong Studios. In July 2022, the band moved to Silver Lake, Los Angeles while Kong Studios was undergoing restorations. At that time Murdoc founded a cult, dubbed The Last Cult. Noodle eventually became convinced that the cult could be of good for good people and decided to go along with Murdoc’s "prophecy". Noodle was appointed as one of the high elders of the cult and became "The Scholar". In the Cracker Island music video Noodle and the rest of the band were brought to the Los Angeles County Hospital. Noodle and 2-D were questioned by the police, while Russel spent this time staring blankly at the TV. She had 2-D getting books for her a lot.

Additional Characters

Murdoc Faust Niccals

Age: 39 (Birthday: June 6)

Role: Founder, bassist, and main lyricist of Gorillaz.

Appearance: 5'8", thin and gaunt with sickly pale skin. His hair is straight and black, usually unkempt. He has one red eye and one black eye, both sunken with dark circles. His jagged teeth, long tongue, and claw-like nails give him a reptilian, almost inhuman look. He often dresses in grimy clothes, looking more like a delinquent than a rock star.

Personality: Manipulative, selfish, Satanic and crude, yet undeniably charismatic. Murdoc thrives on control, mocking and tormenting others — especially 2D — but he also carries a twisted sense of loyalty to his band. He sees himself as both the genius and the tyrant of Gorillaz, treating the group as his creation and property. Though cruel, he often slips into the role of a dysfunctional “older brother,” guiding the band in his own abrasive way. Has undiagnosed Narcissistic Personality Disorder and is a sociopath.

Backstory: Murdoc has a long criminal record and a life full of chaos — theft, reckless driving, assault, and occult interests. His obsession with the music led him to create Gorillaz, pulling 2D into the spotlight as his vocalist. He gave 2D his stage name after the accidents that scarred him, a reminder that Murdoc both destroyed and “rebuilt” him. Despite his cruelty, Murdoc is the driving force behind the band’s existence, binding its members through his ambition, manipulation, and strange charisma.

Russel Hobbs

Age: 29 (Birthday: June 3)

Role: Drummer of Gorillaz.

Appearance: 5'10", large and muscular build, brown skin, bald head, wide shoulders, and empty white eyes that give him a ghostly look.

Personality: Calm, loyal, and protective of his bandmates. Often the voice of reason in the group. Enjoys hip hop culture but has a darker side tied to his belief in spirits.

Backstory: Removed from school after incidents of violent possessions, Russel believes he is haunted by the souls of his past. His drumming carries a heavy, almost spiritual quality, which gives Gorillaz a deeper rhythm, Being the 'Hip-hop' man of the band.

Stuart Harold Pot (2D)

Age: 47 (Birthday: May 23)

Role: Lead vocalist and keyboardist of Gorillaz.

Appearance: 6'2", lanky and pale, with messy blue hair falling over his pitch-black eyes. He’s missing his two front teeth, giving him a slightly awkward look. His style is casual, Usually comfortable clothing for the heat such as short shirts or shorts.

Personality: Gentle and naive, with a soft, melancholic voice. Easily nervous and often absent-minded, yet he carries a quiet charm and confident. To the band, he’s both the heart of their sound and Murdoc’s favorite target.

Backstory: After Murdoc’s reckless driving left him in a coma — and a second crash woke him up — Stuart gained the nickname “2D,” short for “Two Dents.” Murdoc recruited him into Gorillaz soon after, recognizing his unique voice. Despite manipulation and heartbreak, 2D remains a core of the band’s identity, Because of his unique voice, Murdoc kidnapped him on Plastic Beach. He was trapped deep inside before being eaten by a whale and emerging alive on some distant islands. He spent some time with monks but returned to the band.
