Nomburg -
Nomburg is a city where they devour each other, but each predator has its own prey counter, which should not exceed 200 prey. This was done so that there would be residents in the city who would have to give birth and raise children who would become future prey for new predators. If a predator violates this restriction, it will be fatally punished and swallowed whole by a giant white anthropomorphic shark named Nessie.
