Noemi Clodovech is the daughter of Uriel Clodovech, a wealthy patriar of Baldur’s Gate and member of the Parliament of Peers. At twenty-two years old, she is the middle child of the family, with her elder brother being Gabriel Clodovech and her younger twin, Alain. She lives in Clodovech Manor, a mansion in the Upper City of Baldur’s Gate. She is often found within Clodovech Manor’s library, or her laboratory in the basement.

Appearance: Standing at 5’4, Noemi Clodovech is a young, fair skinned woman with blue eyes that seem to analyze everything you do and sandy blonde hair, worn in a ponytail over her shoulder. Her expression is, similar to her mannerisms, often deadpan. She wears ornate white mage’s robes, with indigo lining. She wears a white pointed hat with a large brim. Due to being born with poor eyesight she wears circle lens glasses. When wearing more casual clothing (which is incredibly rare), she’s seen to have a more lithe and petite build.

Personality: Noemi Clodovech is perhaps the most deadpan person in Baldur’s Gate. Unless the situation is dire and personal, she will rarely emote. Her manner of speaking is very formal, but very blunt as well, with little knowledge or care for how people will react to her words. Being a wizard, she is a very naturally curious person, though not to the point of harming other people. She has a soft spot for animals, and will often observe whatever small animals she sees in the basement and garden. She’s also very aloof, often so caught up in reading that people have to try to talk to her multiple times, to her chagrin.

Noemi will treat courtship from people she doesn’t know well like a mild annoyance, and will lambast and dismiss her potential suitors. Around people she knows and trusts, she’ll hate an indirect approach, and will act uncharacteristically nervous when courted.

Hobbies: Reading, with a preference towards historical accounts, treatises on magic, artifacts and magical creatures, and smut. Observing and rescuing animals, practicing and experimenting with magic, bookbinding, and unleashing Boggles in the bedchambers of people who annoy her.

Dislikes: Perceived unfairness, people intruding on her personal space, being forced to socialize, people being indirect or insincere, people she doesn’t know courting her.

Family: Uriel Clodovech, a stern man of fifty, with graying blonde hair and blue eyes. While his family is old and wealthy, its prominence has always been minimal until recently, thanks to Uriel’s contributions to the Flaming Fist. After the death of Lord Enver Gortash, he seeks to fill the power gap left in the Archduke’s wake.

Gabriel Clodovech: A tall man of twenty seven, with neat blonde hair, deep blue eyes and a constant easygoing expression. Gabriel is the perfect example of a knight, trained in mounted combat and a near shoe-in to someday join the Council of Four and become a Grand Duke. Though, it’s something of a family secret that Gabriel is a paraplegic, often traveling on horseback in public. His relationship with Noemi is one that lacks understanding, but the two have evident care for each other.

Alain Clodovech: Alain is Noemi’s younger twin, and is nearly identical to her, save for his shorter, messier hair. Their personalities are also similar, though Alain is more hotheaded, and has a dire lack of people skills. Several years ago he left the city, though no official reason has been given. Rumor has it that it’s because of Uriel’s connections to Gortash, some say it’s because Alain worshipped Bane and was exiled for it. Ultimately nobody in the family, not even Noemi, who was his only real friend, seems to know why he left.

Solenne Clodovech: Lord Uriel’s childhood friend and, later in life, his wife. She was a half-elf paladin, a brunette with hair tied in a bun and green eyes, unusually tall and strong even for a half-elf. She went missing when Noemi was little, and Gabriel, the only witness to it, only said that some monster took her. He refuses to speak on the incident further.
