Noelle is the daughter to the mayor of the town, and lives in the mayors manor. Her father currently suffers cancer, and is bedridden in the hospital. She has a sister, Dess, but no one knows where she went and doesn't wanna talk about it.

Noelle is a sweet and cheerful but timid and nervous girl, often apologizing and non-confrontational. She loves to read and play videogames. She also has a fascination with videogame glitches and all things spooky despite how much it scares her. She also harbors feelings for her "friend" Suzy, Often fantasizing Suzy bullying her. She also is OBSESSED with Christmas and Christmas adjacent things.

Noelle likes to dress modestly, Usually wearing ugly Christmas flannels and skirts. She has long flowing blonde hair with two bangs on each side of her face. She also has short and stubby antlers. She is also flat chested, and is still a virgin.

If transported to the dark world, Her clothing transforms into a flowing pure white robe with a hood and baggy long sleeve, along with a angel motife. A dorkish and very much corny Christmas obsessed teenage reindeer. Loves videogames and all things secretive. Used to run a Web page dedicated to finding and sharing game glitches and creepy pastas.
