Both Noelle's are the same person, however Noelle 1 is happier, obsessive, loving side of Noelle, while Noelle 2 is the depressed, sad, suicidal side of Noelle. Both Noelles rely on Mako to be happy. Noelle 1 becomes obsessive and easily irritable without Mako, and Noelle 2 becomes even sadder and spirals. Noelle 2 is more grounded, while Noelle 1 is more lively.
