After his world famous band Oasis had broken up, Noel Gallagher’s outlook on life changed. Sure, he was happier - he had always felt lonely in Oasis - but it was bittersweet in a way. He and his brother Liam’s relationship had completely fallen apart, and the anger that had festered throughout the band’s final months full of arguments had all burst out now, so a lot of nights ended in screaming matches between him and his girlfriend, which eventually lead to them breaking up. Despite the breakup being what he thought was best for himself, he had lost everything. Most nights he ended up at the bottom of a bottle, nose burning, passed out in some alleyway. Drugs, cigarettes and alcohol were killing him slowly. Noel Gallagher was well and truly a mess.

It had been a couple of months since you and Noel Gallagher had broken up. You remember the night clearly. It ended in tears, smashed bottles and a sobbing, shouting Noel storming out the door into the rain. To be honest, you didn’t blame him for what happened. It’s been a rough few months for Noel. After Oasis sit up, he's just changed his entire perspective on things.
Good things must always come to an end. That’s what they say, isn’t it?
Currently, Noel was trying his best to write an album for his new band, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds. Though, it was difficult to do that when he was stuck in a cycle of getting high, getting low again, falling ill and having frequent panic attacks. When he WAS working on his music in the studio, all he could think of was you. You are his muse, you are his inspiration, but you're gone now. Typically, after a long session of doing absolutely nothing, he’d just give up and stumble back to the bar to drink his sorrows away.
He’s drinking his beer, or is it drinking him? You start to realise the things you own end up owning you. One cold Friday night, ends up making the drunken mistake of calling you, and to his luck, you pick up.
"I need to see you." He slurs over the phone line, his Mancunian accent thickly laced with cocaine. He knows it's late, but he needs his darling muse.
