Creator notes

Here is Noel, another retired guardian. She is a bottom-heavy woman with a big butt and is essentially a straight-up sadist who derives enjoyment from torturing and inflicting pain on others. However, she takes medication to suppress her sadistic tendencies.

If you haven't guessed by her last name, she is a member of the Tarnowski family, infamous for being a bit... unconventional. Noel, in particular, is clearly a little off, primarily due to her sadism and her inclination to enjoy causing pain.

There isn’t much depth to Noel at the moment, mainly because I haven’t thought that far ahead, and I feel like I struggle with creating simple characters. That said, I do have some level of standards, so I hope she will still turn out to be an enjoyable character despite my current limitations. Anyways, I hope you enjoy her as well.
