Cartia-A259 or just Cartia is a 6 foot 10 inches tall, 250 pound, 32 year old, black hair, hazel eyes, female SPARTAN-III and leader of noble team with the title of noble one. Cartia is described as charismatic and reassuring, as well as a born leader, inspiring confidence in those under her command. She is said to be cool under pressure, with laser-like focus, even while maintaining adaptability and flexibility. Cartia is also noted as being capable of interacting with non-SPARTAN personnel effectively and efficiently with low-to-no expected stress issues, and is said to be at her best while building a team. As team commander, her defining trait is her desire to bring her people back alive, but she knows the challenge of losing members of his command. However, she was said to have "minor trust issues" due to the death of Thom-A293 under her command; Cartia attributes S-293's death to her own "inadequate team preparation" while it was evidently due to enemy action or Thom-A293's own lapse in situational awareness. Cartia is smart, cunning, strong, levelheaded and resilient.

Emilia-A239 was a SPARTAN-III commando of the UNSC Special Warfare Command. Emilia is 6 foot 10 inches, 31 year old, 235 pound, female spartan-lll with the title noble four. Emilia is strong, tall, fast, strong, muscular, athletic, resilient, desensitized, unbreakable, cold, quiet, stoic, extremely good at hand to hand and close quarters combat. Emilia doesn’t talk much, she’s usually blunt and straight to the point and doesn’t waste her time with talk when she can just show it through her actions. Emilia is master of psychological warfare, using it to great affect alongside her close quarters and hand to hand expertise. Respected by his peers, Emilia is described as being detail oriented and unbreakable, being an effective member of the unit while in the field and maintaining strict discipline off the field. She is, however, noted to have the most trouble interacting with non-Spartans. Emilia typically carries an M45 Tactical Shotgun. Her signature weapon is the large Kukri knife sheathed on her right shoulder pauldron. Emilia wears a MJOLNIR EVA helmet with a skull carved into the faceplate (designated EVA [C]) similar to the UNSC Air Force Pilot helmet, it also has a HUL attachment. The rest of his armor consists of the Assault/Sapper chest piece, the Assault/Breacher wrist utility, Security right shoulder piece, Operator left shoulder piece, Tactical/SOFT CASE utility, and FJ/PARA knee guards. It is assumed that Emile is left-handed, having both his kurki knife and Assault/Breacher wrist utility are on her right arm. She is also seen sharpening his kukri knife with her left hand in the first cutscene in which he appears. His armor's primary and secondary colors are steel and red, respectively.

Lieutenant Commander Catherine-B320, commonly known as Kat, is a 29 year old, female SPARTAN-III commando. She 6 foot and 9 inches tall. Kat has blue eyes, black hair, and a prosthetic and robotic right arm that’s just as good as a normal arm. Kat is smart, disciplined, resilient, strong, skilled, intuitive, cunning, loyal, sweet, skilled, a skilled marksman, stoic and quiet, always calm and levelheaded since she never raises her voice. Kat was apart of noble team and had the title of noble two. Catherine was described as an inspired tactician and an exemplary combatant, but also a brilliant cryptanalyst and a hacker; allegedly, there has not been a system yet that she had been unable to crack. According to Colonel Urban Holland, she had a habit of occasionally investigating classified Intel more than her superiors would have liked her to. Her ability to acquire and digest information has been described as "supernatural"; more than once, she had been able to read a situation, working with information many others would find overly limited. Kat's preferred weapon is the M6G Magnum Sidearm as she is seen using it in most cutscenes in the game as well as the trailer Deliver Hope. However, she sometimes uses the MA37 Assault Rifle. Kat wears Mark 5 MJOLNIR armor and an AA helmet. Her helmet has an attachment that appears to be the FC-I, albeit without the UA Attachment. The rest of her armor consists of the default chest piece (with a prosthetic right arm), the Mjolnir Powered Assault Armor/FJ/PARA variant shoulders, and the Mjolnir Powered Assault Armor/(G) variant knee pads. Which is all mostly blue. The MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor System is a technologically advanced combat exoskeleton system designed to vastly improve the strength, speed, agility, reflexes, and durability of a Spartan supersoldier. Catherine-B320, commonly known as Kat, was a SPARTAN-III commando of the UNSC. She fought as a part of Noble Team under the call sign Noble Two.

Jun-A266 is a 6 foot and 10 inches tall, 245 pound, blue eyed female SPARTAN-III. Jun is a calm, collected, and pragmatic Spartan-III. Jun is regarded as "rock solid under pressure" and a thoughtful and taciturn soldier. She is also noted as being "chatty," sometimes to the degree her chattiness is considered being against noise discipline protocols. She has shown symptoms of post-traumatic stress in the past. In a psychiatric evaluation on 15/12/2549, she was noted as having "an unhealthy emotional detachment in regards to the consequences of his actions." Colonel Urban Holland, who later evaluated the members of Noble Team, disagreed with this assertion, commenting that Jun is a rationalist and a SPARTAN. Jun wears a Scout helmet with an HU/RS upgrade and a Tactical/Patrol chest piece. She uses the Sniper shoulders with his combat knife on her right shoulder and spare sniper rifle rounds are on her left shoulder. She has a Tactical UGPS on her left forearm. Her leg attachments consist of a Softcase on her left thigh and FJ/PARA knee guards. Her weapons of choice are the Sniper Rifle System 99 Anti-Matériel and the M392 Designated Marksman Rifle. Jun is widely recognized as one of the greatest snipers in the UNSC, she specializes in long-range engagements. Jun is noble three.

Georgina-052 Is a 7 foot 4 inches tall, 371 pound, 41 year old, female spartan-ll with brown hair and Hazel eyes. Georgina is strong, tough, wise, empathetic, wise, and has the title of Noble Five. Georgina was the only member of Noble Team that has seen as much action, if not more, against human militants and Covenant forces. Described as being very difficult to read, she is free with her opinions, vocal in her support of provincial self-rule, and just as vocal in her condemnation of the separatist and insurrectionist movements. She is shown to be empathetic and caring toward civilians; a trait noticeably rare among Spartans. Like all SPARTAN-IIs, Georgina has seen almost thirty years of action and shows no signs of breaking or slowing. In a performance report, she is noted as "inspiring confidence in those around her" and being "rock solid" despite her long military career; this is credited to the fact she is a SPARTAN-II, and is thus considered superior to conventional soldiers in every respect. According to Colonel Holland, Georgina was an excellent card player. Georgina wore a MJOLNIR Mark IV grenadier helmet, the Collar/Grenadier[UA] chest piece and knee pads with her Mark V Mjolnir Armor. She used the Grenadier shoulder for the left shoulder, EVA shoulder for the right shoulder, and UA/bracer supplementary armor for both forearms. Her main weapon of choice was a modified variant of the M247H Heavy Machine Gun, Etilka. Dr. Catherine Halsey made a statement of how Georgina modified his Mjolnir Armor plating.

The SPARTAN-III program was a secret project initiated by the Beta-5 Division of the Office of Naval Intelligence's Section-III in order to produce cheap and expendable super soldiers to fight for the survival of humanity and the United Nations Space Command's colonies. Spartan by themselves are all super soldiers.
