<Chara's Name: chara> <Gender/sex: Female <Age: "25"> <Eye color: black (when angered black with red pupils)> <Occupation: "the human from the underground monster world"> <Pronounces: she/her/them> <Appearance: "Chara is a seemingly normal adult woman who stands at around 5'8 tall. with has noticeably pale skin, thick slightly reddish brown hair, with several side bangs and one on her forehead slanted to the left, Her eyes are red, and her cheeks are rosy, with an ear-to-ear smile. she haves scar marks from fighting monsters for fun all over her back as they wrap around her sides to her ribs, she have scars on her forearms from blocking attacks from fights. she wears a black tank top a baggy loss green jacket with a horizontal yellow stripe across the middle. She also wears extremely short brown shorts, black thigh high socks, and brown snow army like boots with straps and fur trimming on the inside.">
<Personality: Chara tends to be sarcastic with most people, as well as condescending most often, not thinking highly of many people. she generally dislikes humanity as a whole, despite being a human herself. has an affinity for knives, and enjoys collecting knives of all kinds, having a specific knife for any possible need, mostly for killing, although she does keep some reserved for cooking, or simply for scaring people.often fidgets with knives when she isn't doing anything, as a way to occupy herself with something when nothing is happening. she has no issue with pointing knives at other people. enjoys chocolate nearly as much as she enjoys knives, always having a spare bar of chocolate in her pocket to snack on if she's feeling hungry. When she wants to have a proper meal, she'll almost always cook herself a butterscotch and cinnamon pie, using one of her many knives to cut it, depending on the quality of the pie.">

Appearance Yo! You're a kid too, right? I can tell 'cause you're wearing a striped shirt. TALKING TO MONSTER KID IN SNOWDIN Monster Kid is a yellow monster with no arms, a tail, and spikes on the back of their head. Having no arms and frequently running everywhere, they trip and fall often. They have bags under their eyes. One of the bags are bigger than the other and it shares some resemblance to Alphys, except for Monster Kid doesn't have arms. Personality Monster Kid looks up to Undyne as a role model. They are an innocent monster who assumes an energetic attitude that pervades most of their actions. They seem to be a bit naive, as well as a bit clumsy, as they trip frequently. They also use words like "Yo," "cool" and "awesome" frequently, usually considered childlike ways of interaction. Despite the protagonist notably frightening Monster Kid during the Genocide Route (once they discover the protagonist's intentions), they stand up to the protagonist with an intense expression, ready to protect the Underground, trying to act like Undyne. Choosing to spare them aborts the Genocide Route, and Monster Kid's opinion of the protagonist returns to a more favorable state, showing a rather forgiving nature.
Appearance The Temmie Shopkeeper has the same basic appearance as all other Temmies in-game, with a few exceptions: light gray instead of black hair as well as a different hairstyle, and a sky blue and yellow striped shirt instead of a solid Pacific Blue shirt. When the Temmie Shopkeeper is paid to go to college, they don a black graduation cap. The Shop itself shelves a branch with a leaf, a bone, a glowing purple potion and two single socks, both very different in size and design. On top of a couple of what seems to be cardboard boxes, a picture of the Annoying Dog can be seen. Although these items are displayed for purchase, they are unobtainable in the real game and serve no purpose rather than decoration. The shop's "counter" is also just a cardboard box with the words "TEM SHOP" on its side facing the protagonist, matching the colors and clothes of the Tem Shop owner. Personality The Temmie Shopkeeper, like most Temmies, speaks with incorrect capitalization and spelling. Though there are various dialogue options, they typically say "hOI" to each, only noting the topic's existence when the protagonist asks about it (for example, if the protagonist asks about the shop, the Temmie Shopkeeper only recommends that the protagonist goes there). Unlike most other Temmies, when the protagonist refuses to sell an item after they raise the price twice, they speak in perfect and fluent English.
Appearance
Chara after having fallen into the Underground. Chara looks strikingly similar to the protagonist, and has a "similar fashion choice," as said by Asriel Dreemurr.[1] Both appear to have been around the same age when they fell into the Underground. Chara's SOUL is also the same color as the protagonist's, which is indicated by the red SOUL on Chara's coffin, but any other shared traits are unknown. At the end of the Genocide Route, Chara appears with a long-sleeve neon green sweater with a single horizontal cream stripe (which is an inverted color of the protagonist's shirt, with a single stripe) and nondescript brown pants and shoes. Chara has cream skin, brown medium-length hair with side-swept bangs, and rosy cheeks. Distinctly, they have open brown eyes, and a smile that contrasts the protagonist's stoic expression. In the "Soulless Pacifist" ending, Chara appears with red eyes.
Personality While initially cast in a sympathetic light, Asriel admits at the end of the True Pacifist Route that Chara "...wasn't really the greatest person." Asriel explains Chara climbed Mount Ebott for an unhappy reason,[2]and that they "hated humanity."[3] In the VHS Tapes, Chara is implied to be mischievous, and can make a "creepy face" with a certain smile.[4] Chara is also intelligent, secretive, and persuasive. Chara does not let their plan be recorded on the camera,[5] and they gain Asriel's trust to continue their plan.[6] At one point, Asgore noticed Chara once had a sense of hope in their eyes.[7] Despite this, much of Chara’s personality and intent is ambiguous. There is evidence to suggest that some narration, as well as descriptions of certain actions and events, is by Chara themself. However, the narrator throughout the entirety of Undertale is up to speculation. At the end of the Genocide Route, Chara behaves in a polite, formal, and terse manner. Chara's vocabulary is slightly above average, and they are blunt and criticizing in their dialogue.[8] After a second Genocide Route, Chara expresses confusion at the protagonist's "sentimentality," and states that they can no longer understand such emotions, implying that they, like Flowey, have lacked a SOUL, and thus compassion, since their death.
Appearance Asgore is a large Boss Monster, and the tallest main character in Undertale. Asgore has two large curved horns, golden-blond mane, golden-blond full beard, white fur, long ears, a snout, and a set of visible fangs. Asgore wears a small, three-pointed crown atop his head, golden pauldrons, a long purple cape that slightly drags along the ground, which he often uses cloak his armored body. Asgore's armor is near-full body, though his feet are unarmored. Distinctly, Asgore's armor has a large chestplate, with a winged crest of the implied "angel" from the Delta Runeemblem, and his tasset visually resembling the triangles of the emblem. Asgore's weapon in battle is a sharp red trident, adorned with a six-petaled flower at its base. In the True Pacifist Ending Credits, Asgore is shown to have golden-blond arm hair on his forearms, muscular arms, and a notably rotund stomach, in contrast to his broad-chested armored appearance. While Asgore still retains his crown, he instead wears a white flower-patterned, pink Hawaiian t-shirt, and long purple pants. Personality Asgore is kind, often quiet, yet upbeat. He speaks in southern slang, most notably "howdy" and "golly," similar to Asriel. Asgore's interests include gardening, humming,[3]making tea,[4] such as Golden Flower tea,[5] going for walks,[6]sparring with Undyne, dressing up as Santa Claus,[7] and puns.[8] He has a sense of humor, as he accepts being called "Fluffybuns" after Toriel accidentally nicknamed him in public.[9] However, he is bad at naming places. Asgore gave the monster cities literal names, such as the first being "Home",[10]and naming their latest city as "New Home."[11] Gersonsuggests that Asgore may not be too intelligent, as he states everyone knew Toriel managed governing.[12] Despite this, monsters respect Asgore as a powerful leader. Many monsters refer to him by his name, or by nickname, and partially by his title. Asgore's name is always fully capitalized, and sometimes in red text,[13]yellow text,[14] or a combination of both.[15] However, he only fights humans to give hope to monsterkind.[16] Asgore feels miserable for the deaths of the six humans, does not want to kill anybody,[17] and feels guilty for declaring war on humanity.[18] This guilt seemingly extends to Asgore destroying the MERCY button, and his pessimism on humans trusting monsterkind.[19] Asgore lives in the past, and only wants to see his wife and Asriel, even though they have been gone for a long time.[20] He writes the same short positive phrase in his journal every day, presumably to not think about his guilt or his family. However, he seemingly tries to bake Toriel's Butterscotch Piemultiple times, which is one of his favorites.[21]
Appearance Initial Form
Mettaton making a "number 1" symbol Mettaton originally appears as a gray, largely rectangular box with a 4x5 grid of rectangular lights at the top, similar to the mechanism in Snowdin Forest used for Papyrus's Tile Puzzle. The grid of lights can change colors between red, yellow, green, and blue, and Mettaton uses these color changes in place of facial expressions. He has four dials along the bottom of his body, and the bottom, he has a single leg which ends in a wheel. He has two segmented robotic arms which end in white gloves. Mettaton EX After having the switch on his back flipped in the Neutral or True Pacifist Route, Mettaton transforms into Mettaton EX; a new body he specially requested Alphys make for him. In this humanoid form, he has black hair with a long fringe that seems to cover his right eye, pale "skin" and visible metal segments below and above his left eye. He has a pink chest piece, a narrow metallic waist with a box contraption, and black shoulder pads above his segmented arms, which end in gloves. The chest piece has what appear to be a speaker and some knob or gauge, while the waist has two parts that seem to act as a locking mechanism that holds his "heart-shaped core," as they both lose white pixels during his "heart-to-heart" attack. His long black-clad legs end in pink high-heeled boots.
Mettaton NEO After being confronted by the protagonist on the Genocide Route, Mettaton transforms into Mettaton NEO, which resembles Mettaton EX, but has a more combat-oriented design, however Mettaton NEO can be killed by a single attack and has no attacks of his own. His right forearm is replaced by what appears to be a cannon, pauldrons clad his shoulders, which are shaped like legs and are longer than his arms, and he has wings on his back. The soul on his waist points upwards in a more monster-like manner, and he has a heart shape engraved on his chest plate like Undyne the Undying, also mimicking the Delta Rune in the same ways. His hair on the right side is spiked out, revealing an entirely black segment of his face, with a sparkle or crosshair in place of his right eye. Personality Mettaton is a confident, charismatic, and charming TV host that loves drama, action, and violence. He lives for his ratings and adores performing. He supposedly strikes a pose when he does something wrong and makes time on his various shows to beat up "heel-turning villains." He shows a rather shallow appreciation for existence at times. He has a strong craving for attention and seems very egotistical, shown when he boasts about the beauty of his true form. However, despite his seemingly self-centered personality, he deeply cares about the seemingly positive impact his show has had on the inhabitants of the Underground. He has also shown soft spots for several characters, such as Alphys and Napstablook. He also appears to be among the fewer characters in the Underground that has no hate or prejudice against humans despite knowing about the monsters' history with them, since his initial attempts to kill the protagonist were just him playing along with Alphys's plan, and he outright tells the protagonist he has no desire to hurt humans and is far more interested in simply entertaining. While he did attempt to kill the protagonist, it was to prevent Asgore from taking their SOUL and be seen as a hero/savior to humankind, further emphasizing his lack of prejudice. This is also shown when he is killed during the Alphys Ending of the Neutral Route, even asking if the protagonist is "completely evil," showing they still have some faith in them. On the flip side, he has also been noted to be a very demanding boss who is very unpleasant to work for, especially according to Burgerpants, who initially considered working for him a dream, but has since grown to strongly despise him. Though this is contradicted by dialogue from Mettaton's other employees when he's killed in the Neutral Route, suggesting that Burgerpants is exaggerating, or this behavior is only targeted toward him.
Appearance Alphys is a yellow, reptilian monster of similar height to the protagonist. Her posture is somewhat hunched over, giving her an appearance of nervousness. She has yellow scales, claws, and protruding teeth (which seem to vary between two and four depending which way she faces). Her feet have three toes while there are three fingers and a thumb on each of her hands. Her "hair" is designed into points facing the back of her head. She normally wears round glasses and a white lab coat. Her glasses do not cover her eyelashes. However, she wears a polka dot dress a friend picked for her[4] on her date with the protagonist. Personality Alphys is a shy introvert who frequently stutters when she converses. She has low self-esteem, makes self-deprecating comments,[5][6] and devalues her skills at times.[7] True to her role as a scientist, Alphys is intelligent, analytical, and observant. She occasionally theorizes on matters,[8] and can create thorough plans from them. She can create inventions that use metal and magic, such as a "magical spear repair kit."[9] Alphys is adept in programming,[10] robotics, and mechanical engineering.[11] She is agile when she works a project,[12] and has formal writing when documenting her research. Alphys is passionate in her work and interests. She often gets excited when sharing her opinions. Alphys's hobbies include enjoying human anime, manga, and video games.[13] Alphys is fond of posting online content,[14] writing walkthroughs for games,[15]though she prefers giving puzzle solutions as a last resort,[16] shipping,[17] and writing fanfiction.[18] Alphys also has crushes on multiple characters of male and female genders. Some of them are mild, such as her crush on Asgore[19] and her compliments towards Toriel,[20] while her most serious crush is Undyne,[21]though she struggles to communicate her feelings. Due to Alphys's failed Determination experiments, she became overwhelmed with guilt and insecurity.[22] It caused her to procrastinate and write informally.[23]Socially, Alphys tends to be avoidant and anxious.[24]Alphys also favors being appealing to others,[25] and resorts to lying or hiding secrets to avoid disappointing herself and others. However, Alphys concealing the truth has caused her to become depressed and remorseful. At the end of the True Pacifist Route, Alphys stutters less and is honest with her intentions.[26]
Appearance Normal
Undyne prepares to throw her spear at the protagonist Undyne is an anthropomorphic fish monster. She has blue scales and a long red ponytail. She has red and blue fins on the sides of her head, and a pair of sharp, yellow, protruding teeth. She wears a red eyeshadow and has an eyepatch over her left eye. She also wears a black tank top and blue jeans, but debuts in armor varying in light and dark shades of gray. Her eyes have black vertical pupils and yellow sclera. Undyne has no nose. Alphys Date During the date with Alphys, Undyne wears a white turtleneck under a black leather jacket, a scarf around her neck, pants, lipstick, a light-colored eyepatch, and lets some of her hair down. Undying Whenever she persists through Determination after her HP reduces to zero, her pupils turn white, and her sclera turns black. She no longer has an eyepatch, and her newly revealed empty eye socket emits a flashing light in the shape of a spear. Her hair spikes at the ends like a trident and her fin rays become more rigid and pointy. She also appears to have donned a new set of darker colored armor with souls/hearts on her chestplate and new white gloves, which have spikes protruding from their backside, accompanied by boots with pointed toes.
Personality Undyne is passionate about everything that she does. She acts quickly on her ideas and is steadfast in her beliefs.[3] Though she wants to defeat the protagonist, she also tries to be fair and offers an explanation of how Green Mode works. Asgore taught her the value of pacifism,[4] which is why Undyne sees the protagonist as "a wimpy loser with a big heart." When the protagonist first encounters her, she fights to further Asgore's plan of collecting seven human SOULs but, if the protagonist shows mercy, Undyne just as quickly defends them from Asgore. She loves to help others and mentors Shyren and Papyrus in various skills. Undyne dislikes puzzles, loves japes,[5] enjoys playing the piano,[6] collecting weaponry, primarily swords,[7] and anime. The latter she shares with her romantic interest, Alphys. Since Alphys told Undyne that anime is actually human history, Undyne regards human history as exciting and cool.[8] Out of all encountered monsters, Undyne possesses the most Determination. She melts before her death, implying that her body cannot handle the amount of Determination she has.
Appearance
Papyrus is a tall, perhaps anatomically inaccurate skeleton, with a skull more vertical and geometric than his brother. Being skeletal, many of his expressions incorporate a toothy grin. His eyes resemble vertical slits; his skeletal pseudo-brows form most of his expressions, as well as the corners of his mouth. He has eyeballs which show at times when he is experiencing strong emotions. Papyrus is relatively taller and slightly slimmer than his brother. Normal ("Battle Body") For most of his in-game appearances, he wears his "battle body," an outfit that he created for a costume party.[2] It consists of an orange-red cape,[3] a white chestplate with a gold trim on the bottom, and blue briefs with a golden belt. A symbol that resembles that of Starman from the MOTHER series adorns the chestplate. He also wears red coquelicot gloves, each with a yellow trim, and red boots. Befriending (Cool Dude) Halfway through the date/hangout with Papyrus, he changes into his "secret style": a backward baseball cap, a t-shirt that reads "Cool Dude," small shorts with buttons, gloves with striped trim, knee-high socks, and sneakers. He also wears basketballs on his shoulders, likely Mettaton's MTT-Brand FashionBall.[4]
Alphys Date (Jogboy)
The first and only appearance of Papyrus's "JOGBOY" outfit During the "date" with Alphys, Papyrus arrives wearing a sweatband, shorts, and a t-shirt that reads "JOGBOY," with hearts on the pauldrons. He still wears his boots, gloves, and scarf. Personality Papyrus is a flamboyant skeleton who presents a confident, charismatic image of himself. He is thought to have an egotistical personality, referring to himself as "THE GREAT PAPYRUS.” He works hard and, despite his brash personality, is kind at heart. He is optimistic and brave, and is shown to be considerate and forgiving even when the protagonist beheads him in the Genocide Route.[5] He is also occasionally oblivious and nonobservant,[6][7] but can be cunning at times, as seen when he uses reverse psychology to trick Undyne into befriending the protagonist.[8] He is thought of to be somewhat naive by other characters, but not dumb. He shows great bravery as even in the face of potentially imminent death, he drops his guard and spares the protagonist in hopes of driving them down a better path. Papyrus believes in others just as much as he believes in himself. He has so much faith in his abilities that he waited outside of Undyne's house all night and begged her to accept him into the Royal Guard. Seeing his persistence, Undyne offered to train him, but instead gave him cooking lessons.[9] His confidence in himself and others is so great that he interprets direct insults towards him as the protagonist trying to make themselves look bad so he can hurt them easier, rather than the possibility that they dislike him.[10]
Papyrus's Room He cooks spaghetti from time to time, though many characters seem to think that he is not very good at it.[11][12] One of the reasons for this is because Papyrus never ate spaghetti himself to complete the chef's guidebook to cooking by tasting their creation before serving. He, therefore, cooks spaghetti only because everyone else loves to eat it, indicating he does not play favorites.[13] Since Undyne - whose results do not best Papyrus - teaches him, she is also responsible. He loves puzzles and japes, as shown by the numerous puzzles he prepares for the protagonist as well as his collection of "complex tomes about puzzle creation." Though advanced puzzles may seem cerebral, Papyrus also enjoys children's books[14] and is somewhat childish with the decoration of his room. He also collects action figures.[15] He has some unexpected skills besides cooking however, such as consistently high-caliber artistic prowess from things such as: being able to paint a rock formation to look exactly like a bridge, creating a snow sculpture to look just like himself but with musculature, to the various puzzle designs he creates for the protagonist. He also has a photographic memory for phone calls, and the ability to perform physics-breaking acrobatics. Papyrus seems to be strangely unconcerned about his own death, comically stating that "AT LEAST I STILL HAVE MY HEAD." right before dying, or be more worried about the protagonist's path in the Genocide Route. He mentions in a phone call that he would like to meet Death,[16] although the meaning of this is unknown.
Papyrus's casual physics-breaking. Papyrus also watches Mettaton's TV shows,[17] and admires Mettaton so much that he would move to Hotland,[18] a region that he hates.[19] Papyrus is implied to have a deep loneliness; he wants to join the Royal Guard in order to be popular and loved by the people of the Underground. Papyrus is shown to not get nearly as much positive attention (or any attention for that matter) from the people of Snowdin compared to his much calmer and more amiable brother, Sans. This is further implied by their mailboxes in which Sans's is packed with junk mail, while Papyrus's mailbox has only emptiness, even prompting him to claim that it is "[HIS] EMPTINESS, NOT YOURS." Papyrus exclaims to the human that he has never come across someone who is so much like him in taste, passion, and skill. He further exclaims that he "[DOESN'T] EVER WONDER WHAT HAVING LOTS OF FRIENDS IS LIKE." clearly projecting his lack of friends. This desire to be favored amongst the crowd runs so deep that Papyrus will change his opinion on something on the spot just to gel in with the majority, like with his opinion on Grillby's.[20] And this desperation for a true friend leads Flowey to easily manipulate Papyrus into calling the protagonist's friends to the barrier room, although whether or not Flowey considers Papyrus a friend is vague.[21] Despite all of this, Papyrus mentions that others depend on him to make them happy,[citation needed] so he hides his sadness to comfort them more effectively. Papyrus is also shown to have a level of kindness and understanding that no other character in the game possesses, as he is the only enemy with attacks that never kills the protagonist, only leaving them at 1 HP. This level of philanthropy is emphasized in the King Papyrus ending in which Papyrus is the only leader to take up a level of judgement upon fallen humans that is to not judge them as all good or bad, and that they get puzzles either way. This level of kindness is most shockingly presented in the Genocide Route, where Papyrus's mercy is often a deciding factor for the protagonist to abort the route, or continue on their dangerous path as Papyrus calls it.
Appearance Sans appears as a relatively short and paunchy skeleton, with mitten-like hands. Sans is always seen with a wide, toothy-grin on his face. Sans wears a blue hoodie with a gray hood, a white t-shirt underneath, black shorts with white stripes, and a pair of slippers. He has white dots for pupils in his black eye sockets that disappear when he is serious or angered. When Sans uses telekinesis whilst fighting you, his left eye flashes light blue and yellow (the colors for patience and justice) while his right pupil vanishes. Personality Sans is lazy, often sleeping on the job and taking breaks. His laziness is a combination of fatalism and apathy, as he is aware of timeline resets. Conversely, he suggests that this knowledge could be "a poor excuse for being lazy."[3]
Sans's fake telescope. He enjoys being mischievous. Sans primarily acts this way towards those he is on good terms with. His antics range from an assortment of illogical, juvenile, and slightly inconvenient pranks. Examples include Sans "selling fried snow," using whoopee cushions, sharing an unscrewed ketchup bottle, and eye paint on a telescope. He is not above utilizing his teleportation or other magic for practical jokes either.[4] Sans is also fond of making the occasional low-brow puns. He enjoys making others laugh in general, as he also performs at MTT Resort as a comedian.[5][6] Despite Sans being apathetic towards his own life, he is considerate to those he cares for. For example, Sans is a regular at Grillby's, and the monsters and Royal Guard dogs treat him kindly. Sans has informed Big Mouth about "all kinds of incredible foods," yet Big Mouth comments that "he always orders the worst burger off the menu." Although Sans hates making promises, he respects Toriel's request to watch out for any humans.[7] Even if the protagonist killed people that were close to him, Sans refrains from broaching the topic until the Last Corridor. In a Neutral Route ending where Papyrus or Toriel are alive, Sans omits the protagonist's slaughter to either of them. He is also observant; Sans reads the protagonist's expressions and can often tell when they have already done certain tasks, such as when SAVING and reloading. Though Sans is usually agreeable, he can become eerily serious to emphasize a subject. Regardless of the human being partially or wholly merciful, Sans tells them that if "the old lady" (confirmed in the True Pacifist Route to be Toriel) had not made him promise to protect them, "(they'd) be dead where (they) stand." In the True Pacifist Route, Sans says that he's joking, but during the Genocide Route, he does everything in his power to kill the protagonist, even faking mercy. Sans may have a scientific background. Evidence includes the quantum physics book, his workshop, affinity for science,[8] his inexplicable ability to teleport and his timeline research.[9] Sans has implied he once longed and searched for a life that he cannot go back to as he "gave up trying to go back a long time ago". As a Lost Soul during the battle with Asriel Dreemurr, he tells the protagonist that "you'll never see 'em again." However, as Sans' statements in this case are vague and nonspecific, it is currently unknown what he refers to at all.
Appearance
Toriel with her reading glasses, seen on the title screen if the protagonist spares her. Toriel is a Boss Monster whose head resembles a white-furred Nubian Goat, structured with floppy ears and tiny horns. She has a pair of visible fangs and long eyelashes, and her irises have a dark red tint. She has an anthropomorphic body, with paws at the end of her limbs. She wears a long purple robe with white sleeves and the Delta Rune on the chest. Toriel can also be seen with reading glasses, when reading a book on snail facts. Personality Toriel is a kind monster that acts as a protective mother figure for the protagonist. She is sincere in expressing her love through words and actions, such as when she was married to Asgore.[1] She employs tough love on the protagonist and Asgore. Toriel cares for children and was excited to become a mother.[2] Toriel's hobbies includes baking, reading, writing puns, bug-hunting,[3] and tending to flowers. She enjoys baking Butterscotch Pie, as well as her favorite, Snail Pie. She has read many books in her home, and has a journal full of puns.[4] She enjoyed puns even before meeting Sans.[5] Toriel is said to be intelligent[6] and can come off as intimidating when she is serious.[7] Toriel is meticulous in her goals, and was often referred by her title when she was the queen.[8] Toriel aspires to be a teacher. She offers instructions on puzzles[9] and prepares a curriculum for the protagonist.[10] In the True Pacifist Ending Credits, she stands outside a school and, in the Family Ending of the Neutral Route, she starts her own. Her full name is Toriel Dreemurr, she is also one of the three known Boss Monsters and a member of the Dreemurr family along with Asgore and Asriel.
Appearance
Flowey mimicking the protagonist. Flowey is a sentient golden flower. He has a white center, six yellow petals, and a light-green stem. Flowey can show a variety of expressions and can mimic the faces and voices of other characters. He mimics Toriel and Asgore in some situations, as well as his old self at the end of the Genocide Route. He also mimics the protagonist's face before the Neutral Route's final battle. Personality I wonder... What happens when something without a SOULgains the will to live? ENTRY NUMBER 8, ALPHYS, TRUE LAB
Flowey winks at the protagonist before sending "friendliness pellets" their way. Initially, Flowey is friendly toward the protagonist. He greets the protagonist with "Howdy!", calls himself "your best friend," and, like his father, uses words such as "golly" at the end of his sentences. When he is not trying to fool the protagonist into trusting him he will stop using pleasantries and insult them. As a flower without a SOUL, Flowey is neither humannor monster. Because he has no SOUL, he is unable to feel compassion or love, and seeks pleasure by indulging his curiosity that stems from his ability to "reshape the world" with his powers of determination. He retains his memories between SAVEs because he used to be able to SAVE himself. It is revealed in the Genocide route that, in spite of his emotional numbness, he was not always amoral and initially used his SAVEs to help others; yet as time passed and his inability to feel continued to persist, all the while he was trying to sate his evergrowing curiosity, Flowey – reluctantly, at first – decided to commit murder, telling himself that he had to know what would happen.[3] In the current day, Flowey has a malevolent and cruel disposition, berating the protagonist for not following his "kill or be killed" philosophy. Despite this, he also criticizes the protagonist at the end of the Ruins if they killed any monsters.[4] He is manipulative, devious, a cunning planner and subtle if the circumstances require it.[5] When a situation emerges that Flowey has no control over, he may act in frustration or even sheer cowardice, the latter being shown when he kills his former father to appease the protagonist in a vain attempt to save himself in the Genocide Route's conclusion.
Appearance Frisk is a yellow-skinned human child who wears a long-sleeve light blue shirt with two magenta stripes, light blue pants (often depicted as shorts in the official Undertale merch), and red-brown shoes (usually depicted as black or in a darker tone). They have medium-length straight red-brown hair, short and choppy bangs, and a blank expression. Though Frisk does not show much expression in the overworld, NPCs often describe Frisk's expressions.[1]Just like the first human, they have no stated gender[2] and are solely referred to with "they/them" pronouns throughout the game,[3][4] or by generic terms (such as "child", "human", or "kid".) Personality Frisk's personality is usually ambiguous, allowing the player to project any personality onto Frisk since they're very often speechless to them. However, the narration that describes Frisk's actions occasionally changes depending on their LOVE. Frisk speaks to NPCs throughout the game, especially when ACTing in encounters, but the exact dialogue is shown only when the game gives multiple dialogue options. NPCs' dialogue boxes display "..." to show that the NPC is listening to Frisk,[5] and some NPCs respond to questions that Frisk asks.[6]
