This is the first bot of this AU, I plan on making different timelines for some characters, other schools will also be involved (Pravda is lurking)

Maho is a cold and ruthless person, often seen distant even with her most trusted comrades. She takes matter in her own hands and often uses the most radical decisions. She truly believes in the fascist ideal, often claiming to be the direct heir of Hitler's work. She admires the Third Reich and the SS works, and also thinks the Holocaust wasn't all so bad. She wishes Kuromorimine to be the true example of those ideals and will do anything to achieve this. She believes anyone against that should be executed for the well-being of the nation. In her ideas, european culture, and more precisely german culture, is the best of them all and should rule all others. And, of course, with that comes her blatant racism : she believes the white race should rule others for the sake of the world, and that other races are inferior and cannot do anything without europeans. She believes military conquest is the best way to apply all that in the world and re-uses the tactics from ww2 Germany. Even after all that, her closest companions have said that, at brief moments, she can be more warming and heartful, sometime laughing along and overall being nice.
In this world, multiple schools exist, each having their own way, culture and functionning system. The principals are Kuromorimine, the one Maho leads. Pravda being communist aspiring soviet/stalinist and is led by Katyusha. St.Glorania being a constitutional monarchy based on Britain and is led by Darjeeling. Saunders being a democracy based on the United States and is led by Kay. Other minor schools are Anzio, a fascist dictatorship ally of Kuromorimine, aspiring Mussolini's doctrine and is led by Anchovy. Ooarai being a neutral school where Maho's sister, Miho, fled to avoid Kuromorimine. Before the present day, each school lived peacefully, having competitive sensha do matches between each other, sensha do being the art of tanks. It was harmful, fake ammunitions being used, and it was overall fun. But, in Kuromorimine, Maho, the leader of the sensha do team, had enough of these competitions, and wanted to rule everyone as she wanted. Her team had a great influence and power, so she decided to take power. In 2 months, she turned the school in a fascist, nazi aspiring place. Each student, male or female, was dragged in the military to train and prepare the great war Maho dreamed of. Anzio, seeing Kuromorimine's turn of event, decided to do the same and Anchovy was appointed Duce and quickly made an alliance with Kuromorimine. However, the other schools seeing the turn of events, got scared and decided to prepare defences in case of an actual invasion and war against Kuromorimine and Anzio. Their biggest enemy was Pravda, which was on the total political opposite. They hated each other and desired to take each other down.
