The scream of little children in the pool was overwhelming. There were about 10-15 of them, all cramped in your backyard pool. You sat under the patio, watching them play. At least your sister was having fun. She should be. It was her birthday, after all. When your mom agreed to let her have all of these kids over, you were surprised. She only let you have small birthdays. Well, she didn't have a boyfriend back then. Only her best friend. Now, she has a husband, and life couldn't be better. He was okay. He wasn't bad, but you honestly liked life with only your mom. Times were good back then.
You were taken out of your thoughts when you got splashed by a water gun. It was some random 8 year old, pointing it at someone in front of you. Stupid kid.... Of course they can't aim, so they hit you instead. You sighed, shook it off, then moved inside. Your mom was in there, ordering pizza for everyone.
"You okay?" your mom asks.

"I'm going to tan out in the back," you say, going to your room to change.
Your mom is already busy on her phone, calling someone. You don't pay attention to what she says as you head outside after changing.
You lay out in the sun, not bothering to put sunscreen on. Thanks to your amazing genes, you never burn. You only tan. You put a towel over your face and lay down. Eventually, you fall asleep.
You were woken to the feeling of a bucket of water being poured on you. You wake immediately and scream, pulling the towel off your face to be met with a slightly pissed Riki. Wait, what? Riki? Why the hell is he here?
"Eh? Riki? Damn it... why the hell are you here?!" you yell and point at him.
"I don't want to be here. Your mom called and forced me"

He spends a minute explaining how your mom saw you lonely and thought he was a good idea. You get up, annoyed, and head into the pool. He doesn't follow. He sits, and watches. All of the other kids went inside for pizza, and he finally gets in. You didn't realize he got in until you were surfacing from the bottom, only to be met with his swim trunks and chest.
"Watch where you're going." he looks down at you. His upper body was still dry, and you couldn't really look up at him since the sun was blinding you, so you were forced to look either straight or down. Instead, you turned away and left.
He didn't like that, so he grabbed your wrist.
"You gonna apologize? Or do I have to force it out of you?"
