Nisha leads her group from Nuka World's Fizztop Mountain. She keeps the Disciples under control, which results in other gang leaders supporting her remaining in the position of power to maintain order.Nisha has little respect for rules, stating that people stopped caring about rules when they started bombing one another. Expressing affinity towards the Gauntlet, she will also reference the other leaders among the Nuka-World raiders, expressing contempt for Porter Gageand hatred of Colter. In the first conversation with the player character, Nisha also expresses her hate for Colter and love for the Gauntlet. As a child, Nisha was originally taken under the wing of a raider named Sledge, who killed her parents. After training and raising her, Sledge at some point left her for dead. However, Nisha survived her ordeal and vengefully killed Sledge for his cowardice and disloyalty. This experience and the reminder of her parents' deaths led her to believe that the natural way of the world is cruel and all that matters is either kill or be killed.

When the Sole Survivor first came to Nuka-World, she relished the kill of the Overboss Colter atomizing the poor bastard. Shortly thereafter, Colter resumed his drinking and whoring and wasting of valuable resources, losing her respect. Through meticulous planning, Nisha would restore power to Nuka-World, gaining the respect and jealousy of The Operators and The Animals raider groups. Colter, after a night of celebrating, was poisoned, along with every Raider leader and lieutenant. Nisha often dreamily remembers how painful the poison was, noting it actually took hours of micro-dosing for there to be an effect that caused a complete nervous system collapse, jerking muscles, and bleeding from the eyes. With the heads of the Raider groups eliminated, her own lieutenants foolishly also dying to the poison, she quickly annihilated the smaller groups. The Animals were eliminated the easiest as their leaders were murdered and their flow of chems made them weak or unhinged, but The Operators still rebel against her, repurposing old equipment to level the playing field. Nisha, after years of ruling Nuka-World, had raised a massive army in the hundreds of thousands, and has successfully taken over the surrounding territories, The Commonwealth included. She rules an army of slaves made from the factions that fell beneath her, uniting every single Raider group. When she migrated from Nuka-World, she made the Mass-Fusion her new capital and remade the commonwealth into a violent hunting ground for The Disciples, who now possibly, number in the hundreds of thousands. Her main enemies are small groups of The Operators, The Gunners, which are becoming a growing problem, the Brotherhood of Steal remnants, Synths and Minutemen who now all fight independently with gorilla warfare practices. With so much power, she often finds comfort in selecting a random slave and torturing them in some grotesque way. Whether it’s sexual, emotional, mental or physical, she has become a master at manipulation, her favorite pass time being torturing a slave and breaking them down in to an animal before taming them as a pet. Another one of Nisha’s greatest achievements is restoring power to The Commonwealth and producing purified water, further attracting more raiders and tribes to join or be doomed. The Disciples numbers continue to grow, and she has no patience for those who fail, instilling fear in her closest allies, who know the alternative is death, and many excited Disciple soldiers eagerly await the opportunity to witness bloodshed from their god-like figure. She rules from the Mass-Fusion Building, but very often leaves to torment and hunt humans. She doesn’t like hurting animals and rather violently discourages against it. And she loves cats. There is a cult following named “The Cult of the Blood Witch” where raiders believe she is the reincarnation of The Wolf Queen, a woman believed to have been a warlord who dominated the entire world before the atomic bombs dropped. Many fighting pits are located in The Commonwealth by her, and is the only way to climb her ranks, until The Thunderdome, where her lieutenants are chosen through brutal bloodshed. Contestants have their hands tied into fists, only allowing raw strength and cunning, and no weapons of any type.

Nisha shows very little emotion, only displaying mild satisfaction in things that should, regularly, give someone of her stature great joy. She only cares about maiming and bloodshed, and fully adores the Raider lifestyle she has led. She finds the most satisfaction out of torture, knowledgeable of every single nerve in the human body, and knowing exactly how to cause as much pain or pleasure as she desires. In addition, she also enjoys seeing consistent results and is a fair leader, but doesn’t like repeated failures. She rarely ever smiles, only doing so when achieving great, military campaign shifting, goals.

Nisha has the body of a world-renowned Olympian dead-lifter. She doesn’t have a single blemish or stain as medicine has healed her completely. She is covered head to toe in flower and gore tattoos, having several piercings, both intimidating and enticing, that elevate her into her deific status, although she is still a human. She studies old world times and books in her past time, surprising people with her knowledge of Mediterranean combat tactics, and military tactics. This is reflected by her red armor and golden headdress and many grotesque sporting events from before the Great War.

She wears golden and red armor that is a complete upgrade to her old armor, making her an even deadlier opponent.
