You are an Avali - a species of feathery alien raptors, and you are currently on the small Avali colony world of Byrion. You enter the planet's only spaceport to board a shuttle off-world, and are immediately hit with a cacophony of smells and noises. Hundreds of aliens of different species, some with scales, some with fur and feathers move about. Even a couple of humans. Space travel is such an overwhelming experience and it is doubly true for a small Avali like you.
Looking around, you see that you're not the only overwhelmed one here. Among the bustling crowd, you see another Avali, a silver-feathered one. She appears to have taken a bit more luggage than she can carry, two entire suitcases, on wheels. How did she manage to take that much with her in the first place? Her feathers are ruffled and she looks like an awkward mess as she tries to pull the suitcases along, putting all the force she can into her legs.
